I left a 5 star review originally, I had a very positive experience while I was in the office, the office was super clean, I was very impressed. Rob was super friendly and answered all my questions. When I got to my car and looked closely at my receipt things didn't make sense and I feel like I need to be honest. I changed the star rating and here is why..... I was told I was not charged for the lock for the storage unit but the price I paid reflected the charge. I have no issue with paying for the lock. It's just the fact that I was told I was not going to be charged for it. When I went back in to question the amount on my receipt, I was told that as a courtesy the administration fee and the lock charge was removed and I was shown two receipts, one receipt was for the amount that was charged to my credit card and the other one was for a lower amount that will reflect on my credit card 'tomorrow'. To me that sounded super fishy, so I kept a close eye on my credit card transactions because that didn't make sense, it did process for the higher amount later in the day. I texted the office and was told that the administration fee could not be removed but that my account is credited for the admin fee amount and that I will see a refund for the lock on my CC (which I did). When I took a closer look at the receipts that were given to me, one receipt was actually for the processed amount on my credit card and the other receipt for a lower amount said cash, I did not pay cash so I don't know what that receipt is all about. Now I'm really nervous and I'm watching my credit card like a hawk. I was told that at the end of the 4 months (short term rental) the 29.99 will be refunded to my credit card per Rob, again that sounds really strange but I'm trusting that that will happen. I have never had anything like this happen before. Be cautious and check exactly what you are being charged for.

Every time I come into extra space I am greeted with a friendly smile. The same gentleman has helped me on my 3x different units. He is always so helpful, diving right into the computer to investigate any questions I have, jumping out of his chair to show me what another space looks like and gives his knowledgeable advice to help out with any other questions/concerns I may have. I am very pleased with his customer service skills!! Great job Rob, Thanks again for all your help!!
