So far so good. Needed to store items from a basement so new flooring can be installed. Even though storage unit is on 3rd floor, I had easy access via rolling cart and elevators. Clean and well-lit during daylight hours. Kent was available to explain the process and answer the questions I had.

Very run down, not kept up at all ...lights out in hallways missing bulbs, so it's a balest thing..outside is covered in mold and mildew just not up kept

Great experience in the office(great customer service). Very clean and secure location. One elevator is broken but hasn’t been an issue yet. Highly recommend but call ahead if you want bigger units as they are hard to get.

I've been renting a space at this location for about two years, and up until now, the payment process has been consistent. However, this month I received a call from the manager, Mary, who left a message stating that the payment was due. Naturally, I always make sure my payment is on time, so I called back to confirm. Surprisingly, I found my storage unit locked when I went to access it. When I contacted them, Mary mentioned she had called and left a message, but never indicated that the payment hadn't gone through.What's frustrating is that they have my email address and regularly use it for advertisements, yet they didn't notify me when the rent payment didn't go through. To make matters worse, they've now decided to charge a 20% late fee, despite my explanation of the consistent payment history. Their refusal to waive the late fee feels unfair, especially considering the long-standing relationship I've had as a customer. I made the payment with late fee on the phone using the same exact card on their system for automated payment. Apparently, the payment problem was due to their system.It's disappointing that they don't seem concerned about maintaining customer satisfaction, given that finding new customers doesn't appear to be a challenge for them. The additional $40 fee feels like a way to capitalize on the situation. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I've informed Mary that I'll be emptying the unit and seeking an alternative solution. A more transparent system to notify customers about payment issues is necessary, rather than relying solely on courtesy calls. This entire experience has been unprofessional and has seriously impacted my trust in this establishment.

So far the customer service experience in securing a storage unit was excellent! I don't remember her name but she went above and beyond for me. I've only just got the storage unit less than a week ago but so far everything has gone very smooth and I am pleased.
