I've been a customer of m&t Bank for about 8 years and I've had several problems but overall I was remotely satisfied. Today I went to the bank and all of a sudden you have to have an appointment to go inside to do any banking. I found this extremely inconvenient especially when they never sent a letter never notified me or I've called a few people anyone else that uses the bank I am very unhappy and I'm going to find another bank right now.

As a small business owner and realtor I had struggled for years finding a bank and a representative who was helpful, responsive and would accommodate our needs. Shawn, the branch manager at this location is hand down the best person I have ever worked with in the banking industry. She goes above and beyond every single day for our real estate brokerage. If you are banking in the Camillus area then I highly reccomend this branch on Kasson Rd.

I recently went to this branch for a transaction. I started at the the drive thru lane where 5 cars were in line. I thought it would be better to go inside where I found 3 people in line. There was one teller that was handling all the cars and inside customers. This while other employees are in the cubicles laughing it up and having a great time. I spent about 5- 10 minutes in line and left.Terrible customer service.

I had the worst experience ever with the Bank manager Shawn Dwello. Shawn has proven her self to be the most unreliable, irresponsible and undependable Banker I have ever dealt with. I went in to get a personal loan to pay out my smaller loans. She sent my application to the underwriter and said she would get back to me that day or no longer then following day. Its been 6 days since I been in contact with her. I tried calling, emailing and even left my information with other members of the branch to pass my information to her, but had no luck. I finally gave it one lest chance and with no surprise she was unavailable to talk yet again. Another branch member answers the phone and at this point I was agitated and told the lady I didn’t want to proceed with the loan anymore. Would you believe that once we got off the phone I got a very unexpected call within seconds from no one other then Shawn the Branch manager who’s been MIA for days. I did/do not want proceed with my loan any longer and unfortunately I will be closing out all my account and transferring them to a different bank.I went to a different bank and completed my loan process in less then 2 days. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a loan to go find a different locations or like I did, a completely different bank if you want to save your self a headache.

I love my bank, they are always so helpful and nice! I also enjoy the fact that I can deposit money into my account through the ATM :) Makes my life so much easier!!!!!

Kerrigan was the most personable branch manager in the area - the tellers are all great, don't get me wrong, it's just that the new guy acts extremely arrogant and unapproachable.
