Didn’t paint using theproper tri stage process. Bumper stark white compared to rest of car. Woman told me my bum[er looked different because its plastic and the car is metal. Incorrect paint job confirmed by another repair shop.

Deer attacked my moving vehicle!! Called my insurance then went to Northside in Camillus. A rental from Enterprise was arranged for me and met me at Northside. When work was complete a couple weeks later, I was told I may leave the rental at Northside for Enterprise to pick up. I had a flawless experience and am grateful to my insurance company, Northside Collision, especially to VICKY, and Enterprise for taking over this negative experience and making it all good again!

I took my car in for repairs on June 9 and picked it up a week later, on June 16. During the time it was in the shop, I received updates on the status of the repairs a couple times, and it was actually ready one day before the date before expected. I'm really pleased with the work. My car looks brand new--especially with the excellent detailing job that was performed, both outside and in. The staff with whom I dealt was great. Many thanks to Adam and Marley! If I need to have more body work performed in the future (but I hope I don't), I will definitely go to Northside Collision in Camillus.

I dropped my car off January 22 and got my car back on Feb 26th. It was a much longer process than I hoped for but I’m glad that the exterior looks absolutely perfect. They used a text app to keep you updated and would call you if there were any problems. The rental car was a headache but Northside is not affiliated with Enterprise. The color match is phenomenal, I would give the exterior 5/5 stars.
I’m giving 4/5 total review because I noticed a lot of interior scuffs, dirt and blemishes on my seat, roof (somehow) and front passenger door upholstery.
7/25 Northside kindly corrected the interior and I am highly satisfied with their response to help make it better. 5/5 stars now as everything is great! Vicky went above and beyond.

I had the misfortune to damage my truck in nearly the same place that was repaired a few months ago. Northside kept me apprised of their progress every few days, sometimes daily, depending on whether a particular stage was done. Adam and his team did a great job on the repair and painting.
