Petco is a clean and organized store with many items to choose from for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish and reptiles. The staff are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional, providing top notch customer service. They show love and kindness for animals, care about how pets are kept, and are understanding with nervous animals. The professionals provide full-service grooming, veterinarian services, Vetco Vaccination Clinics, pet adoption and positive training classes. The animals and birds are all healthy, and the staff explains everything thoroughly. Customers enjoy savings with coupons and repeat delivery. While the store can be packed with items, making navigation slightly tricky, it remains a great pet shop where people have good experiences and are very much satisfied.
Every time I have gone into the store, the staff has been friendly and helpful. I have shopped for dog items and fish. Both departments have been a nice experiences still, even since my last post.
