Two days before my appointment, after I had already signed in and everything online, they called and cancelled my appointment, telling me the doctor wasn’t seeing new patients. (Just kidding! Haha. You don’t really have an appointment. And we’ll tell you last minute) I had already made arrangements for this appointment and they don’t have any other doctors or appointments available. This is so unprofessional.

I had a blood test on Jan 21, 2025 and paid the bill on Feb 5, but I never received the blood test report. I went to the health center three times, and they promised me each time but I still did not receive any mail or e-mail from them. Yesterday I went there the fourth time, and a lady named Heather who works at the front desk that helped me printed the report of my blood test for me, I appreciate her!

Checked online on their website and on my insurance website to see if they were accepting new patients and they were so I called to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very short with me and said they weren't accepting new patients. I said ok and explained to them that I understand but wanted them to know that I got the information from two sources that were incorrect. This woman then started rudely demanding that it's my responsibility to go online and fix the issue through my insurance and their website, so I hung up the phone.I'm not sorry, but it is certainly not my responsibility to fix your issues. Your receptionist was completely rude and the unprofessionalism that was displayed was astonishing and uncalled for. I can only imagine how rude she's being to other people who call each day. So rude.

Dr planner is the best .and any one in the front desk .has been very friendly .couldn't find a better place to go on a scale 1 to 10 I give them a ten and a half

Dr Planer is the only reason I go here. It seems like they are understaffed because it takes a while for things to get done but they ultimately do get done. Dr Planer is caring, compassionate and understanding.

Dr Fox is the best Doctor that I have been to in years. She listens to me and offers solutions and is so caring and compassionate.

I used to tell everyone how great it was coming here. My mother has severe COPD. Was in the hospital with the flu a two months ago. Needed to make her an appointment with in two weeks being discharged. Nobody called back, I had to be rude and message multiple times. They finally called and wanted her to come in that day, right then. Still no appointment made. When leaving the hospital she was told she needed 24hr care. I'm at a loss.I have glass stuck in my foot and can't even get someine to send over a referral to my foot doctor to get it removed. This place has gone down hill and I feel like they don't take their patients needs seriously.

Cara Houlihan is disrespectful, cold and deameaning. I would give her a ZERO rating if I could. Very unprofessional. I found a doctor/ physician assistant who has a respectful manner.

I saw Cara about a very important matter with belly fat which was incredibly unusual for my body type. She didn't take my concerns seriously and suggested I diet. Come to find out there were other factors that contributed that Cara never took the time to address. I'm so happy she is no longer with this office as no one should ever be treated by her. She is unhelpful and a little condescending.

I saw Heather Finger at the location in Liverpool, and after she left I came here. I only went to a few appointments and had to find a new doctor due to the horrible experience I had. I would not recommend. The PA I saw here was incredibly rude.

There front desk guy is horrible he is rude and I've been waiting forever to get through he says well it's late we are closing soon so we might not be able to get back to you after i wrote on the portal like you guys requested me to do still no help! Nobody responded until it was too late and they were closed Should never treat patients like that especially when they are trying to get answers and help!!

So I had made the earliest appointment that I could, to receive a treatment that was recommended to me by another doctor that I see outside of this office. I saw Cara E Houlihan (PA), who obviously did not agree with the recommended treatment, because she had made me fight with her, in order to get her to provide it... The part that really stuck with me, was how I had received a call from the receptionist prior, asking if I could reschedule my appointment because Cara wanted more time to "get to know me". Of course I was happy to accommodate her.She had my appointment rescheduled, so that she could have more time to fight with me against the wishes of myself and this doctor who recommended the treatment. If you have an appointment with Cara, and she doesn't agree with the recommendations of a doctor which you are seeing her to set forth, you need to be prepared to do more than "actively seek care", to do more than "be assertive", you need to be prepared, for BATTLE.This was the only time I've been seen by Cara here, otherwise the place is fine....
