Dr Planer is the only reason I go here. It seems like they are understaffed because it takes a while for things to get done but they ultimately do get done. Dr Planer is caring, compassionate and understanding.

Dr Fox is the best Doctor that I have been to in years. She listens to me and offers solutions and is so caring and compassionate.

I used to tell everyone how great it was coming here. My mother has severe COPD. Was in the hospital with the flu a two months ago. Needed to make her an appointment with in two weeks being discharged. Nobody called back, I had to be rude and message multiple times. They finally called and wanted her to come in that day, right then. Still no appointment made. When leaving the hospital she was told she needed 24hr care. I'm at a loss.I have glass stuck in my foot and can't even get someine to send over a referral to my foot doctor to get it removed. This place has gone down hill and I feel like they don't take their patients needs seriously.

Cara Houlihan is disrespectful, cold and deameaning. I would give her a ZERO rating if I could. Very unprofessional. I found a doctor/ physician assistant who has a respectful manner.

I love the people who work here. Starting at the front desk. Everyone is very friendly and supportive and helpful. I don't have any negative thoughts on the place. ? ?

I saw Cara about a very important matter with belly fat which was incredibly unusual for my body type. She didn't take my concerns seriously and suggested I diet. Come to find out there were other factors that contributed that Cara never took the time to address. I'm so happy she is no longer with this office as no one should ever be treated by her. She is unhelpful and a little condescending.

I saw Heather Finger at the location in Liverpool, and after she left I came here. I only went to a few appointments and had to find a new doctor due to the horrible experience I had. I would not recommend. The PA I saw here was incredibly rude.

There front desk guy is horrible he is rude and I've been waiting forever to get through he says well it's late we are closing soon so we might not be able to get back to you after i wrote on the portal like you guys requested me to do still no help! Nobody responded until it was too late and they were closed Should never treat patients like that especially when they are trying to get answers and help!!

So I had made the earliest appointment that I could, to receive a treatment that was recommended to me by another doctor that I see outside of this office. I saw Cara E Houlihan (PA), who obviously did not agree with the recommended treatment, because she had made me fight with her, in order to get her to provide it... The part that really stuck with me, was how I had received a call from the receptionist prior, asking if I could reschedule my appointment because Cara wanted more time to "get to know me". Of course I was happy to accommodate her.She had my appointment rescheduled, so that she could have more time to fight with me against the wishes of myself and this doctor who recommended the treatment. If you have an appointment with Cara, and she doesn't agree with the recommendations of a doctor which you are seeing her to set forth, you need to be prepared to do more than "actively seek care", to do more than "be assertive", you need to be prepared, for BATTLE.This was the only time I've been seen by Cara here, otherwise the place is fine....

For many years I have been to multiple primary care physicians for my health care. I’ve always told them the same things, that I never feel “good”. I always feel off in some way. They have all always brushed me off and told me I have severe anxiety (which I do). One doctor even told me I had high blood pressure and I assured him over and over that I didn’t! He forced these meds on me that lowered my blood pressure so much that no blood was getting to my heart and I ended up in an ambulance and spent a lot of time in the ER. Over the years I have gotten a lot of blood drawn and I was always told everything was normal. I was just vitamin D deficient. That’s it! I have suffered so long never feeling good and always being in pain. So last year my PCP left the practice and I opted to see the PA that took his place. ONE visit with Cara Holohan,PA is all it took. It was actually within the first 5 minutes she changed my life. She noticed my bloodwork was off and asked if anyone had ever mentioned it to me. NOPE! She explained what was off and sent a referral to Hematology Oncology Associates. It turns out I have a very rare genetic mutation and a super rare condition that people my age don’t normally have. I finally have answers and I am on my way to developing a treatment plan. I am immensely grateful to Cara for being so attentive and putting things in motion to get me answers. She explains everything so thoroughly and has never rushed through an appointment. She treats you as if you’re her only patient everytime. That bedside manner cannot be taught. She is a gifted physician and I will recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for a PCP! The nurses are so great. Pleasant experience from check in to check out.

I waited 1hr an half for my test .They said I owed 40.00 .I sat down an they called me back.They said I never check in.Why would they ask me for the money when I never check in.Two of them check me in.So now no appointment? Great job hey? There is alot more to it .

The regular nurses are amazing here but I wouldn’t go because the nurse practitioner is rude and disrespectful.
