“I called and had some questions about a particular unit and spoke with Justin. He was surprisingly energetic and enthusiastic help. I went ahead and got a unit online. I was able to meet Justin there in person and I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to finally interact with someone who cares about their job and the customer experience. He was a breath of fresh air!”

We live in a time now where lots of businesses don’t care one way or another if they are rude or not. He cares regardless. I base my business by how I am treated wherever I go. If I don’t receive at least decent service I do not go back especially if you’re rude and have bad attitude. My interaction with him makes me want to keep going back to this location.”
