Today I stopped by the Camillus post office to mail out some of my Sales from Poshmark. The lady at the counter was rude. Her face expressions are so terrible. Rolling her eyes and all! She told me I could not ship my packages in the boxes I had them in. I responded that I do this all the time. I said if I take it to the next post office they will do it. She handed me back the boxes and told me to go to the next post office then! I did and let her know that she is rude and incorrect. She then said she would call her manager......Horrible service. She is incorrect and wanted to argue. I got my packages shipped at a different location with friendly service.

The internet is literally down 99% of the time. I have no idea how this place functions and this issue has not been resolved. It’s been YEARS.

I always have a great experience here. One employee , named Molly, helps me with international shipments pretty often. Molly has amazing customer service and always goes above and beyond for me making the process very easy. Huge shout-out to you, thank you for always helping and being kind!!

They ABSOLUTELY HATE doing US Passports! Appointment or not, you will get eye rolls, huffing and puffing and an attitude! Even if the sign outside said “apply for US Passport here” they WILL NOT HELP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT! (I had an appointment and they still did not help). Honestly if y’all hate your jobs so much just quit! Atrocious!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but after seeing this place had bad ones I decided to share that I had an amazing experience here. Came to renew my passport and the young lady with dark hair(wish I asked for her name) went above and beyond to help me out. She even helped me staple my passport photo(those that have done this know what a pain it can be, especially not wanting to destroy a photo you spent 20 dollars on). Thank you so much again!!

They are always so pleasant at this post office. Even during the holidays, I find that I am able to get in and out in a short amount of time.

The Camillus Post Office is ATROCIOUS. I can't believe the people who work there. After a condescending and sarcastic tone one woman gave me (I asked if I needed to fill out a paper address label for my package or just write it on there. She didn't answer anything specifically so I confirmed I didn't need to use the paper and she then said, "Yeah, I'd probably write who it's going to and who it's from on the package now..." !!! This employee (?) came out of the back looking incredibly unprofessional, unkempt and not in uniform, and screeched at me that I couldn't use a card. The first woman said, "Oh, was there a sign on the door?" to the second who ROLLED HER EYES and yelled in front of 4 other patrons: "YUUUUP... THERE'S ALWAYS A SIGN ON THE DOOR." I walked outside and confirmed there's no sign saying cash only or no credit card. I have never had such terrible customer service. 0/10 go literally anywhere else.

I read the reviews before going to this post office and they were terrible. The location is convenient, so I ventured in. The attendant was very personable and got my package on its way in no time. Honestly, service could not have been better! Don't believe everything you read, there are trolls out there just posting poor reviews as sport!

I agree with another review left that counter clerk’s account annoyed when they have to help you. They bring out the rude and dismissive attitude right away. I am sure they wouldn’t want be be talked to in that way. Avoid camillus location, I will be.

I called to speak with somebody to get help. The system had me put my number down to receive a call back nothing. So I call again the system then has me put my number down again to receive a call back ( no option to just wait on the phone ) again no call back. It took forever for me to finally speak with somebody.

Same bad experience as others trying to get a passport. Did not have copies of documents assuming I could get copies made there. Told the copier was broken and was advised to go elsewhere. I returned with copies within my appointment window but then was refused service. Attendant was very unpleasant and unreasonable.

We had an appointment scheduled for our 1 year old son. They canceled it due to short staffing, which is understandable. We made a second appointment. Once we got there, the attendant was rude from the start. Being very short with us, she immediately said we can’t do the appointment because we don’t have our documents copied. Their machine was down so they wouldn’t be able to make copies for us. How were we supposed to know that? When we got our daughters passport done, they were able to make copies right then and there so we thought the same was going to happen. She seemed like she just wanted to find any excuse to not help us. We ended up going to Staples to get our photos done, since we already were prepared to do them and our 1 year old wouldn’t be content for too long. Then went to the Solvay location and they were able to help us.
