“My dog was not feeling well , and I was able to get in to have her seen . The receptionist - Michelle [the one who has been there many yrs ] took my check in call - and was so friendly as she always is . I seen Dr Fahey and she was as always so good with my dog and diagnosing her illness - the reception person who cashed me out was super nice - [ a new guy ]
Anyway - as always I love this hospital . I recommended my good friend to be seen with her puppy that has a inguinal hernia … and she got in with no issue .
5 star rating if I could give more I would .”
“My 2 year old cane corso needed emergency life saving surgery and they got me in right away when nobody else could. If it was not for the staff here, I wouldn’t have my baby home with me today. THEY ARE ANGELS HERE. and I would recommend them to anyone anytime, a thousand times over. Every single person we came in contact with was so friendly and smiling. I will always talk highly about the staff and the facility.”

“The vet techs were very nice and sweet to my cat Gracie and the vet was great too. They explain everything to you ahead of time, will give you an estimate if you want and took good care of her while she was in their care during the day.”
“Experience was ok. This is my dogs regular vet, but suddenly he was straight up peeing blood. I called them on a Thursday around 2pm and they said can't get him in til the following Tuesday and suggested he go to an emergency vet. The lady didn't apologize or wish us good luck with him, nothing at all. Just no empathy at all. I was very surprised. Just no caring. We had his follow up visit to just recheck his urine to make sure no blood. But, we are probably going to be looking for a new vet after this Experience. The 1 good thing was the emergency vet they suggested in auburn was amazing. So I appreciate them suggesting them.”

“We've been coming here for almost 20 years. Dr. Skoglund's awesome! He's so kind, caring and compassionate. He just really cares. The office staff is also awesome. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a vet practice. He diagnosed a thyroid problem that my dog, Cookie, had. I don't know what would've happened if he hadn't diagnosed it. He's easy to talk to and has a fantastic sense of humor. He's also relatable. We also talked about the Buffalo Bills at a visit back in October. Let's go Buffalo!”
