Ordered contacts Monday. Received them Thursday. Called Friday because I cannot see out of them at all and I was basically told I’m out of luck. First it was I can’t return them because my prescription is now expired then it was because I opened the box. The woman on phone said and I quote “well if they don’t work for you why did you order them”. Incredibly rude. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the manufacturer but as it stands I’m out $175 and I can’t see.

I knelt on my glasses after nearly a year after buying them and true to the claims, Walmart vision center replaced them entirely with a new frame straight off the wall. I literally was there under five minutes and walked away completely satisfied. Lisa was the representative that waited on me, Great customer service.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I had my son get in eye exam last year for contacts, but weeks after the exam they closed, and they never contacted me when they reopened. I never got a prescription for my sons contacts, even though I paid for it because he had to be reexamined before they would issue his prescription. I basically paid $100 for a disposable pair of contacts! They were not at all helpful, and rude, and the only person that was nice (the doctor) doesn't even work there anymore. Pay the extra $20 and go where they treat people with respect and not just a dollar sign!

Have seen Dr. Suffolk for years as well as my husband and kids. We have recently changed vision centers due to poor service. Nothing against Dr. Suffolk. He is great man and doctor. It's the woman named Kathleen who works the floor and answers the phone. After speaking to her regarding my child's glasses I can never in good conscience return to the store. She was rude, condescending and downright nasty. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. When I asked her why, her response was this is how I am deal with it basically. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never posted a review in my life, but after the experience with Kathleen, I had to. I will be taking my family and my business elsewhere. Sorry Dr. Suffolk, we enjoyed the way you treated our children but I cannot in good conscience give my business to an establishment that allows a person like Kathleen to speak to customers the way she did. Bare in mind these were simple questions that she made difficult and exhibited unprofessional manner/demeanor.

The contacts I received I felt were not the right prescription. I asked for a re-exam and was told contacts are not as sharp as glasses. I asked to speak with the Doctor and was told he will not allow another exam. They wouldn't actually let me talk to him, so I took my prescription and am gonna go elsewhere. Justin was polite though.

If you are ever in need of an eye doctor, see Dr. Suffolk at the Walmart Vision Center in Camillus. I've been seeing him for years now and my daughter for several...such a nice man and an excellent staff that has been there forever (AMY...she's amazing). I have insurance and Amy prepares EVERYTHING for me. Dr. Suffolk is a hoot and excellent with kids and is all about customer service.

Most of the time the service is great. But there's one woman by the name of kathy with glasses that was pretty rude to my wife and i on separate occasions. I found it concerning that we both had the same experience at different times.
