Excellent clean, modern travel stop. A wide variety of snacks and eats. Lost of both hog and cold options - many healthier options like fruits, nuts, eggs, cheese and sandwiches as well as fafh good options rounded out with a Subway and Dunkin.
Also some travel electronics needs and a auto/truck repair needs.
Also a fog tjn with picnic tables. A great place for lunch or a snack when traveling.

I’ve been waiting here since September 11, 2025 at 7:25 pm for a coolant leak the main tech leaves at 8 pm but on September 12 they told me oh it would be a hour the technician has to do a road call at 8 am here it is 13:46 pm and I had to bug them about putting me in the bay smh whole everyone just standing around

I had very bad experience at this truck stop.
Damaged buttons at the pump, unprofessional people & huge traffic at the fuel pump
People inside don't know how to turn on the fuel pump, don't know how to print out fuel receipt & don't know how to cash EFS check.

I was once so impressed with this place I left a 5-star review. The warm “welcome to love’s” greeting went a long way. Now the staff seem put upon, the bathroom a bit disheveled. Hopefully, they’ll be able to distinguish themselves with service again in the future.

I was getting fuel this morning around 9:45 AM on Friday August 15, 2025, I went inside because the pump wouldn’t take my card when I tried to buy fuel directly from self service at the pump. I went inside and no one was at the Diesel Fuel Counter, there was 2 cashiers at the other side for gas, they were both serving customers on that side… I went and joined the line to get some assistance, when I got to the front of the line, the woman at the counter told me she can’t help me and I need to go to the other counter for diesel, I explained to her there was nobody there which is why I’m in this line, she stated “yes someone is there”, I told her to look for herself NOBODY is there… she then said well someone will be there they might be in the back or whatever and I need to go over there to get assistance and be patient…. I then proceeded over there and had to literally wait on someone to come from around the back to assist me. The manager there apologized and I was able to finally get assistance… this was the WORST experience for me at ANY fuel stop in America and I will NEVER comeback here and I will make sure to spread the word about the experience I received here…. This woman was very unprofessional and disrespectful and didn’t have any customer service skills or communication skills in how to speak to someone… if she doesn’t like her job she need to quit… my question is, why she couldn’t help me seeing that me and other truckers needed fuel and nobody was on the other side?? Instead they BOTH want to be on one side but don’t want to help everyone… I’ve been to other loves and never have I seen 2 cashiers one side and none on the other to render assistance…. Usually if they’re both on that side and you need fuel or something on the other side they usually come and help or they help you right there without telling you to go on the other side.. I mostly fuel at loves 99% of the time but after this experience I am questioning if I should spend another dollar where I am not respected… I did not catch her name but she’s a Caucasian middle aged looking woman with a not so pleasant face…… this woman should be reprimanded. And if she cannot speak to people with a more welcoming, respectful and caring tone then maybe she need to join the army and go to war on the front line where she can be a tuff/hard faced human everyday, *I don’t know her name because I didn’t get it in the heat of the moment but the manager there knows who she is, he saw most of what happened! I told him I’ll be reporting the issue.

Waited 30 minutes at dunkin donuts for a bagel. Kid making food was obviously having a bad day and was slammed. 1 star review is for the manager and counter worker that left him hanging and didnt help when the line for pick up was out the door . Manager would work over look at him then go hide in the back room.

Today ( July 22, 10:30 p.m) I was on the road looking for diapers for my babies, I went into this store, at the checkout I asked if they had diapers, there was a wonderful woman at the checkout, she asked the boss and brought me diapers from her car, since they were not sold in the store. Thank you very much, very kind woman, may everything be fine with you🥹❤️ I am very grateful to you❤️
