“Have been at the Fort Plain branch for over 20 yrs. The staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. No fees for most services, debit cards made there on premises, free checks if you have a checking account, no opening fees... More info would be best to call or just walk in. Parking lot is small but there is plenty of street parking. Wheel chair accessible in parking lot and sidewalks. Also w/c accessible for getting inside. Drive up for window teller and ATM.
Have recommended this place several times. And I don't do that unless I'm sure of the people and business.
If the hours aren't compatible, there's a larger one in Canajoharie with extended hours.”

“First off, I would love to thank Kerry Rubas at the canajoharie branch for helping me with my issues with back office. She made sure that my problem was completely solved before leaving her branch today. She was so persistent to help me resolve my issues with back office, especially providing all the documents they asked, which I provided and sent to her email to resolve the issues with back office. She was very informative, kind, polite, patient, friendly, respectful, professional, and most importantly, empathetic, and sympathetic about my situation. After her investigation and all the documents I have provided, She was persistent To help me resolve my issue today. If you have any issues with Customer service or with the back office, honestly speaking, I recommend to go directly to her to resolve if you are in that area. Any issues are having, she got you. After going back-and-forth with back office and providing all the documents needed to resolve my issues, the money was posted back into my account in the matter of minutes. You definitely would want a person like her to be on your side, to be your advocate. Once again I would love to thank Kerry Rubas from Canajoharie’s branch For being so determined to help me.
