Nice equipment but management is very unresponsive. I'm currently a member and have been asking when the stationary bicycle subscription will be renewed. I've left a comment for the staff four times over the past month and have been completely ignored.Can't recommend to others.

I like working out at the club, but I need to suspend my membership for a few months. Have left messages on their phone, have written emails since October and at the end of December I am still getting billed!!!! I know that this has happened with others. Their system for following up on messages needs to improve!

Staffed hours are never staffed. Nobody ever picks up the phone. No way to run a business.

As a member working out at this gym, I love it. It’s small, peaceful and the members get along very nicely.However, getting in touch with a staff member is virtually impossible. I was only able to sign up due to the mere chance that I waited during what was posted as “staffed hours” for 45 minutes and the woman who worked there showed up to workout and signed me up. She wasn’t even there to workout.The posted staffed hours are constantly changing and even during those hours, they seem to be egregiously inaccurate.Calling to get in touch with them is impossible as well. The mailbox is constantly full so you can’t leave a message to be called back. There’s also no way to contact management or admin. Someone posts on their Facebook page regularly but doesn’t answer messages. Business to client relationship is incredibly important.This is the one and only discrepancy I have with this place, but as a member and looking at it from a possible member perspective, it’s an incredibly important one that needs to be corrected.

The manager is literally impossible to get in contact with, does not respond to emails or phone calls, voice mailbox is full. Corporate and billing company also unable to contact them. Good luck trying to cancel your membership if you need to.

I have been trying to cancel for like a month now. Corporate is saying that I need to contact them, while they are not there. It's staffed hours right now according to their website, and yet they don't pick up the phone. And for a business to not have a voice-mail set up, they must be having a bunch of people trying to leave the same message as I am trying to. I am quitting, and personally, would like my last month payment back. It was charged after my initial contact to cancel.

Well managed, great staff, nice equipment options, and a place for everyone. Updated on 7/13/22. Smartest move made by the owner to hire Holly. Never seen the fitness center so clean and well managed!
