Tried to use the subway order online that I've used before. Got confirmation that my order went through and went over to pick up my order according to the site saying when to pick up. We got there and the woman at the counter who didn't look friendly said she never got an order for us. When I looked back on the site it said we had to wait an additional twenty minutes for our food so instead of going back home and coming back we decided to wait in the parking lot. We can see the woman in the window making an order and figured maybe it finally went through. After the 20 min wait in the parking lot we go inside to find out it wasn't our order and we waited for nothing. We won't be returning and don't recommend anyone using the online ordering unless you actually want your food. And it seems it's always at night when there is an issue....

Experience based just on the pepperoni pizza. Wow. Great road trip bite. Crispy. Right amount of cheese. Sauce not sweet. Roni in every bite.

I recently visited Crosby Gas Station for the first time, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was not only rude and unprofessional but the team leader was blatantly racist. I expected basic courtesy and respect, but what I encountered was far from it. I won't be returning and advise others to avoid this place if they value good customer service and respect.

Gas station was okThe subway is a disaster.they charge $3 extra if u want mozzarella on a meatball sub. The bread is not toasted the meatballs cold on inside,sauce is bland. This private ownd subway is a bait an switch shop . Horrible!!good luck to anyone who orders toasted bread /hot meat

Placed an order for pizza and wings tonight at 4pm. Was told thirty minutes. An hour later my wings were done but pizza hadn't even been made. Now I understand Jessie was extremely busy, however Teena was emptying trash and wiping the counter at subway (no subway customers). To bad my company missed out on pizza. Poor service!!

Closes early no warning says 10 pm, it's 9:18. pumps are always down. Second time I've stopped and they have closed early.....

Crosby's plays loud video ads at the pump. There is no way to turn down the volume. I recommend going somewhere else.

I think Crosby's is a okay place to go to get gas. Little bit expensive for my taste but inside of Crosby's there is a Subway and a lot of different munchies and drinks to buy and they are generally really nice there and the staff help sometimes but they need some work

Need to increase the credit card hold at pump. I was only able to get 3/4 tank full because it stops you at $75. Also, the washer fluid was empty so I couldn't clean my windshield.
