Josef's Artisan Meats is a producer of award-winning sausages, deli meats, and charcuteries. They make all products by hand in small batches using the finest ingredients like whole cuts of meat and high-quality spices. Their items, found at Wegmans Food Markets, include excellent Hungarian sausage, Kase Krainer pronounced as "the real deal," and a double-smoked bacon perfect for recipes. They ship very quickly with everything well packaged. For truck drivers picking up, the location is very nice and polite, opening around 7am for pickups with possible overnight parking permission. Drivers find places like this a gem and ask others not to abuse the courtesy.
Bought slab of double smoked bacon at Wegmans. Then scored top marinated and smoked again for 4 hours. Turned into burnt ends. I cant find how to post pictures .

Found Josefs Hungarian sausage at Wegmans..grew up eating Hungarian sausage in Black Rock neighborhood Buffalo..didn't know u could find it in Rochester..MMmm. So good..putting in on the family menu from now on
