Juan or however you spell it was awful. Fell asleep numerous times while helping us. Acted like I was an kid and spoke to me like I’m d**** When I was walking in I could see through the glass that he wasn’t wearing a belt and that his pants were too loose since I could see his bottom. Upon talking to him he said he was a manager and I hope that’s not true. If a manager can wear his pants loose and show off his cheeks then what can a normal associate wear?? Completely unprofessional. I’ll keep my Verizon account.

I worked with juan the day Mr Mark Henry is speaking of and juan was very alert and informative with answers to all my questions even though I ended up deciding not to port from my current carrier . I'm glad there's people like him in management roles

I've been in 3 or 4 times and I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed the customer service from Aliza and Aren even though I haven't been able to commit to direct TV. The cleanliness and customer service is awesome

Said they would give me a deal never followed through with it. Customer service was less than satisfactory. The call center doesn’t answer your questions if you’re shopping into deals they instantly just want to port you over and take your money. Not to mention rude

I stopped in to check on getting a replacement phone and was very surprised when the customer service person.. Aliza...(sorry if I misspelled your name) helped me out. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products AT&T had to offer. We reviewed my plan and after updating my phone and plan I saved over $79.00.....that was the last thing I thought would happen. I figured it was going to cost me a bunch. Thank you guys for the great service.

Guy had me sign up for aarp to have an activation fee waved but they had to remove my original discount which was way more than aarp. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to get my discount back. Not a happy camper. He also clicked on the wrong number of the line i was paying off. He over charged me by $30... i would avoid doing business with him. ....

I walked in to my local AT&T store in Canandaigua NY really upset. I had been on 3 separate chats with support and all 3 ended when the “agent left the chat” before my issue was fixed. I had started with service and a small issue. By the time the last support agent “left chat”, I had no service at all and I still had my other issues that I called about originally.So when I walked into the store and Josephine sat me down immediately, I was hopeful. Josephine was able to fix all of my issues, give me hservice AND she talked me into upgrading my phone AND buying 3 pop sockets! YAY JOSEPHINE!!! The 4 stars are for Josephine.

Set up 3 lines each were messed up and billed incorrectly. I would suggest making the trip to Eastview as the team at east view fixed all of this stores mistakes was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Paid $32.25 as like a down payment on the Samsung Watch 4. I misunderstood the terms and conditions so I returned it the very next day. The guy was nice and waved the restocking fee but only returned $22.75 instead of the full $32.25. Thankful he waved the $55 restocking fee but why was I shorted $9.50?

Very unprofessional district manager! He’s very disrespectful to his employees. He belittles people and talks to them like they are just garbage. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Came in with a smashed phone. None of my data was backed such as pictures, contacts, notes, etc. and the screen was black but sometimes would flicker on. Juan, Josie, Zach, and the regional manager there on 5/28/22 were the best! Their customer service was unmatched. They put their minds together and did everything in their power to save my data and set me up with an affordable plan. They were transparent, helpful, and incredibly patient. Thank you guys so much!

Went in yesterday to look for a charger, was met by very rude staff who were incredibly judgemental. I was treated as if I was an annoyance to their day even though there was absolutely no customers in the building. They did not offer any help or suggestions. And I left promptly.
