I visited Bombshell recently and had Amanda as my stylist. Unfortunately, I was not as happy as some of the other reviewers with the results of my haircut and highlights. For the price I expected better. It was kind of dingy with fluorescent lighting overhead. Having my hair washed was rather painful as there was no padding where my neck touched the sink. It's hard to find the highlights that we agreed upon. I specifically asked for my hair to go no darker, and it is, particularly around my face. I was also disappointed that Amanda didn't ask me if I was happy with the results. Every other salon I've been to, even at the cheapest places, the stylist has invited me to return if I'm unhappy with anything. Also, not sure why it seemed to be an imposition when I asked for something to wipe the dye off of my forehead. Very disappointed in the cut itself. I could of gone to Supercuts for the same results.

Amanda was great. My husband says it's the best haircut I've had in years. The proof is that I can style it myself and it looks good! I'm terrible at hair, generally, but this cut is really well done and easy to maintain.

This place SAVED me. I got married in August at Belhurst and had 2 terrible hair trials at Isabella salon in Belhurst. Essentially 3 days before my wedding I had to scramble to find someone else to do my hair/makeup because I didn't trust Isabella Salon. Luckily a pedicurist mentioned Brandon at Bombshell salon 20 min away from belhurst. He was on vacation at that time but was coming back one day before my wedding. He ended up calling me back within one day and said he could take not only me but all of my bridesmaids the day of the wedding to do hair and makeup. My bridesmaids ended up not going because I couldn't get out of the Isabella salon contract but my mom, maid of honor and I all ended up getting our hair/makeup done there. I couldn't believe how accommodating Brandon was especially with such short notice. He did exactly what I wanted with my hair (which isabella salon stylist was unable to do with two hair trials) and my makeup looked totally natural. He also did a great updo for my maid of honor. Amanda did my mom's hair and makeup and she absolutely loved it. My mom is into natural makeup and they used a great natural brand there. If I lived closer I would go to Bombshell to get my hair cut/styled all the time. Could not be happier with Brandon and Amanda!!

Came here to get my hair done by the best! Amanda Parker is truly master of her craft! I have had my hair dyed and lightened at many other places and the texture is always noticeably damaged, this is NOT the case when I get my color done with Amanda. She knows how to maintain the integrity of my hair in the best way! I know I am in good hands when I sit in her chair. This salon also offers massage and nail services! I am very excited about the new Bombshell Salon!!!!!!! I would recommend this place a thousand times over.
