Yes I would recommend Luis and Canadaigua Jeep for their tenacity to get me into the Jeep that fits me like my skin..Luis was very patient with me a disabled vet that often takes my time to get everything out..He even delivered my jeep to me which took him 4 hours each way!! My family is very excited!! 5 ***** service!!

Absolute professionals. Did not do any work until I was able to verify it. I was able to do so because they had me come in and look at it. Brian was an awesome mechanic and Lisa was superb with helping me out with everything.

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee - June 2023 check engine light begins flashing. Take it in and the head gasket is blown. I was originally told it would about $3000 to fix. The final bill was close to $6000. The day after I picked it up the check engine light begins flashing again. This time it's the EGR valve. They fixed that because it should have been caught when they did the original work. Get all of that taken care of. Now 3 months later the same problem on the other side!! They're quoting another $3000 (to start). They didn't have an explanation as to why the engine wasn't pressure tested when they had it in there the first time. After the fact, I was also told by two other mechanics (not from CCDJR), that for approximately $4,000 - $5,000 I could have had a rebuilt engine installed. The service department didn't even consider that or tell me that. Started looking at what options I had because I still owe money on the loan. I told then how much I could spend on either a used vehicle or a lease knowing they had to roll some money from my currently loan into the payment. They 'offered' me a 2019 Jeep for about $500/month for 84 months. That made no sense since the vehicle would be 11 years old by the time the loan was paid off. And who knows what kinds of problems I'll have going forward! They put together a lease package for $600/month and then got ticked off when I said I needed to think about it. Spoke with the sales manager to see if there was any way I could get a break on this repair since I'd just spent $6000. He's telling me he's doing me a favor!!! He was rude and aggressive. I will never buy another jeep. I drove my first one for 278000 miles with minimal problems. I've heard from a number of mechanics that the engines in this model were bad and had a lot of problems; all of which the sales manager denied. I will never deal with these people again and I'll tell anyone who will listen to never buy a vehicle from them or have service done there!

LACK OF CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS!!! This is the worst service center I've been too. I was visiting from out of state when I started to experience the jeep death wobble. I visited the service center with all paperwork in hand proving I have the platinum level warranty for my car. Later that day after the technician took a look at my car I received a call. I was told that the issue was with my suspension and a few minor other things as expected. The guy immediately starts listing off the prices of everything to get my car fixed without taking into account my warranty covers everything even the diagnostics fee. When I tried to ask the guy about my warranty. He didn't seem to know much at all. He said it would be better for me just to Google my questions. He then went back going over the pricing for the repair. When I tried to go back to the questions about the warranty. He began to tell me that if I want my car done soon they'd have to start work as soon as possible. I felt pressured by the workers to get my car in and out. I didn't feel like my questions really mattered to them and that they were more focused on making a profit. Eventually I made numerous phone calls to my insurance provider and the service center to figure everything out. In the end my warranty did cover the repair and I only had to pay for the deductible.

They’re doing their jobs at this point. They’re completely change within their policies.I strongly suggest a possibility of having a loaner vehicle while mine is in the shop. Cannot afford to buy another vehicle at this point. Everyone is different. It is my problem.

I would like to thank Luis , Scott , Toryn & the entire team they did a great jobFor me ! Luis’s efforts got me into a really nice truck that is exactly what I needed . Scott did a great job on the financing side and got my payments where I needed them . Toryn did a great job getting a few things that needed some attention in the service dept. done and safe now. I will be a repeat customer in the future .

Great experience here. Josh and Luis were very accommodating and easy to interact with. I got a great deal on a new 4xe and loved that it was at a small dealership. Skip West Herr and the other big guys and go here! I never felt any shady vibes, no last minute surprises, and they did not try to up sell me on anything. A++

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Bought two cars at the same time here. One Chrysler, one Jeep both are lemons. Oh, their service department? Awful. Their warranty is complete garbage and they've done shotty work. Other mechanics that have looked at the repairs are appalled. Save you money, time, and headaches. Go elsewhere!!

My experience was ok. My car went to the dealership on 2/3/23. I have the max care warranty and I had to wait 3.5 months for my transmission to come in due to a supply chain issue. I also needed 2 connectors for my fuel door release button, which the warranty company declined to pay for because there was corrosion on the connectors. The factory connectors are in the door and door jam which I do not have access to. Since I do not have access to the connectors they should be covered under my max care warranty. The dealership is the only one that can appeal the decision of the warranty company. When I got my vehicle back on 5/22/23 the dealership had not received an answer in regards to the appeal, and as of today 6/2/23 the warranty company has not responded back to the dealership.
