I was in the boutique today for at least 25 minutes. Not one person said hello, can I help you find anything, not even an acknowledgment that I was there. But the staff was friendly to the two other customers there. Absolutely rude. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. The last time I was there I bought anyway. Needless to say.... I’m done shopping at Chandeliers. Learn some customer service.

This is a fabulous shop, both here and in Canandaguia (sp). Great clothing selection, all ranges of sizes. I visit every year and make a special trip to their shops to get new finds!! I also shop online and they have percentage off emails if you're on their list. GREAT shop, great people!!! BEAUTIFUL clothing. Everything I purchase gets rave reviews, although it's not that I need approval, it's great to have the business promoted by satisfied customers!
