Lauren was absolutely wonderful, as a new member to chase I was quickly contacted and walked through every feature, accounted for my own speed and understanding, and she understood questions I had regarding sums of money that would otherwise seem out of the ordinary. Great service and great features for convenience.

I just had the best interaction I have ever had at the bank. Unfortunately, I did not ask the name of the teller, but he was extremely attentive. I highly recommend this Chase branch.
