Unprofessional ruined a check for over 4 grand because the person didn’t know his job and now I have to fight to get the check replaced and the bank manager is a joke can’t return a call at all and if he didn’t run out the bank so fast for lunch I probably wouldn’t be stuck in NY never would I bank with this bank at all

When I first opened the account I was unable to use my new card at Walmart. Whatever new card.I called chase they told me it was fix. Next time at Walmart, 6 months later, card did not work. I called again they wrote me an email letter telling my it was my fault their card didn't work at walmart??!? So if you would like your concerns addressed or wish not to be lied to by your banks costumer service or even want you card to be able to make purchase, this is not thebank for you.

I’m sure the people at this bank are very nice but chase itself is horrible, honestly worst bank I’ve ever been to and will never be going back, terrible experience would give negative 5 stars if I could

They are truly amazing! Their customer service is always fantastic, very friendly and helpful especially during very stressful times! I absolutely love this bank and feel very protected and safe with them! Wish I could give them 10 stars! Thank you for all you do!

They never answer the phone which rings and rings until you are forwarded to a voice message that says they are busy with other customers. It doesn't matter what day of the week or the time, they are always busy. Once you do get through, they don't return calls as promised.

Not a good place to call from a dealership. You get a buzzy signal. Glad the bank was here when I moved here so I didn't have to change banks.

This bank is the best combination of a local bank with great service and friendly staff, and a large national bank. The staff is friendly and overwhelmingly customer service oriented. Over the past 10 years they have consistently provided support to my family - and been very easy to do business with. I would recommend them highly.
