I have had a very good experience at mini storage in Canandaigua. Adrian and the staff have been very accommodating and professional. I needed a large unit without much notice and in a short period of time I had one. I ended up needing another, smaller unit, and once again, they provided one for me. I highly recommend mini storage in Canandaigua.

Adrian and the staff at Citi Mini were very good to our parents and in assisting us with changes. Aside from that, access is easy, the property secure and well-maintained.

I had to store furniture and other household items for almost 2 years. I had one of the climate controlled units. When it was time to empty locker all my items were as good as day I stored them. The storage area was always extremely clean and felt safe. Ii highly recommend!!

This storage facility is right downtown Canandaigua. Extra secure with keypad entrance and exit gates. The staff knows you by name and is very helpful.

I had an excellent experience with City Mini Storage. Adrian, the site manager, was extremely responsive and made getting a unit super easy. The facility is well maintained and I always felt my belongings were safe and protected! Will continue to use them if storage needs come again in the future.

I’ve had an excellent experience from the day we started renting years ago and still do!! They’ve helped us so much with multiple units and parking spots and am happy to be a customer! Adrian is easy to work with, communication is great and I’d recommend City Mini for sure!

Best storage facility in the 14424 and surrounding areas. The staff is absolutely incredible and the units are spacious and very affordable. I’ve been a customer for a while now, multiple times also.
