Agree with the reviews of terrible phone service, they never pick up, have to go through a mirage of menu's. No leeway for changing due dates, electronic transfers take days in our age of technology! We have to drive almost an hour to pay on due date.

Called at 445 pm today, it is currently 549, still can't get a hold of someone. Your customer service is awful, can't get anyone to answer the phone.

ESL overall is a great bank however you can never call the bank and actually speak to someone. Extremely long hold times. If you pick the call back option they never call you back. App messaging never works.

Absolutely terrible service. Needed the due date changed on my loan due to un foreseeable circumstance in my life and could no longer pay rent and my truck the same check. Said I changed it back in 2021 and wasn’t allowed to again but I don’t remember changing it 2 years ago. The women on the phone was rude and simply told me to go to another bank to refinance the loan. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have been a customer of ESL for approximately a decade, and they have been a very reliable and customer friendly credit union. They have been honest in their rates and quick to answer questions.

I have used several Credit Unions and banks in my lifetime, and ESL is the absolute BEST!! I own a small business so I have both business and personal bank accounts with them. Their bill pay works great - unlike other banks I've used in the past. Customer service is outstanding, whether it's in person, email or live chat. I've never had an issue they couldn't take care of of. I love that they are pro-active about suspicious purchases and alert me to make sure I made purchases they question. Their website and mobile banking also works great with no issues and I love that there are so many local ESL branches I can use.

Esl was supposed to CLOSE all accounts however failed to do ! They would accept and deny deposits to the account after it was closed. Accepting a deposit reopens the account I closed. They paid a charge after the account was closed and the account was classified insufficient funds . Customer service is pointless cuz is they would learn how to read : they would recognize the account owner. 1.) Good thing for bank statements cuz it states the correct information 2.) Passwords for accounts are made for a reason to prevent the crappy service I received yesterday. 3. ) Waited 45 minutes on phone ,3 esl brainless employees who were lost and confused. I do not recommend any ESL branch. One star cuz they have quality printing ink for statements.

1 star for the phone customer service because waiting over 30 min to ask a quick question is rediculous. Doesnt matter when you call. Upgrading to 2 stars cuz they finally have some nice people working inside that dont seem burdened by you being there. The phone customer service has been an issue for years.

The tellers are up most respectful and plan to get you out of there as soon as possible. Lobby is clean and maintained. Looking at the previous reviews, I can't say I've had a bad experience at this location.
