Joe Coyle, our salesperson, was fantastic. No pressure, attentive to details, and courteous, he worked to make our shopping experience absolutely positive. All of our questions and concerns were quickly answered. Kevin Hunt was the person we dealt with regarding financing and he was equally capable and courteous.

Loved our salesman Charles Webb. He kept me informed when my car was coming. He checked constantly. Then when it came in he got us setup right away. He explained everything in detail and even showed my husband everything. He answer all questions and is still helping. Very professional? Smiled the whole time. I think he was even more excited for us than we were. He explained all model and came up with the right one for us. He was perfectly right about the one we got. So happy. I’m telling everyone about our car and to see Charles.

Charles and Gary were phenomenal!! The leasing process was smooth which was appreciated since were from out of town and had to leave with the vehicle the same day. They worked hard to get us the deal and out the door in our new car!

I would say overall my experience was poor. When i got to the front desk at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning, i told the front desk lady i was there for an oil change. She then proceeded to tell me I was not in the book for that day. I still was able to get my oil changed and was out of there before the hour mark, but the way i was greeted when I went to check in did not sit well with me.A similar situation happened to me the last time I brought my vehicle there for the same service. I checked im and told the same front desk lady I was there for an oil change. The same thing happened then, i was told i was not in their book for that day, i thought this had to do with the switch on ownership from farnsworth to garber.I do live on the west side of Rochester but purchased my vehicle from Farnsworth ao have made the effort to have my vehicle serviced there just to maintain the relationship. I will say that considering how my last two experiences have been, i’m not sure I will be making the trip to have my vehicle serviced.I have been helped the past two times when i brought my vehicle in for service which I am very appreciative of but I would prefer next time to not to be made to feel like I’m an inconvenience because someone forgot to put my name or appointment down in the book.

The service area people friendly and the place very clean .My appointment was the week before which I had wrote down wrong. I brought the car in thinking it was for that morning and they ended up being able to squeeze me in. Thank you thank you

We had a really fantastic experience working with Steve Voll! He was honest and straightforward, and was able to work out a deal that we were comfortable with. No pressure, no games, and he charmed the heck out of my 1-year-old, which relieved a lot of the stress of car shopping with a kid in tow.I also really appreciated that he treated me with the same respect that he treated my husband with. I didn't feel brushed off like I have at other dealerships. We are hoping to not need another car for quite a few years now, but when we do, we'll absolutely be back to see Steve!

I've been at it since the early 1990s, and this was by far the best auto buying/leasing experience I've ever had. Joe Coyle is an excellent sales professional. I'm looking forward to working with Garber's service department, and trust that experience will be every bit as satisfactory.

Called for an oil change and inspection on Tuesday morning. They were able to get me in Wednesday afternoon. The work was done in a timely matter while I waited in the clean and comfortable customer lobby.
