Car looks great after a wash. The only problem is the pushy employees trying to get you to buy a monthly wash package. Nothing more annoying than someone trying to sell you something when you just want to get your car washed and be on your way.

From day one everyone is pleasant and friendly!!! I do have my favorites there and they know who they are but in all, everyone is super there. I try to drop off treats to them when I get a chance because they treat me so well!!

I really like this car wash, even better than other Royal locations. Why? Because of conscientious staff. Today I was entering wash and was not thinking, leaving my wipers on. Tim reminded me, saving my expensive, new wiper blades. He and Kerri did a great job spraying off my vehicle, getting ice off, including by base of front windshield by wiper arms, and at the rear hatch which cleared my backup camera many other car washes forget the important rear hatch area, not clearing back up camera lens.Two other good employees are Taylor, and Robert Ribert is always cheerful, smiling, and helpful. For example, once I was trying to vacuum my weather tech floor liners, and Robert offered to spray them off for me! Very helpful and nice!Service: Vacuuming

This is a fantastic car wash with friendly, helpful employees. We purchased an unlimited monthly membership for each of our vehicles and are glad we did. We are always greeted with a smile and sincere interest in how they are doing for us. The other day, manager Tim came by as we vacuumed and asked how everything went. We told him we were delighted with the wash and wished we could have our front mats washed in addition to vacuuming. No problem - he took them away and power-washed them for us, and they came back spotless! Now that is excellent service! We are huge fans.Service: Polishing

Great car wash with very friendly staff. The wash is great and the tire dressing will make your tires look brand new! The staff are always helpful whether you need help with setting up your account or you ask them to spray something specific with the hose. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because when I first opened my account I was paying about $22/month and now am paying $29/month and was not given notice. Awesome car wash in a great location!

Every time I go to this location, the employees are always so friendly! Colby always has a smile and is so helpful! I feel like my car gets cleanest at this location.
