Five stars to H&R Block Linda Gardner. She is personable, professional, knowledgeable, timely, and answered my questions with ease! Importantly, both my NYS and Fed taxes have been accepted as submitted Hurray! Within my 30 minutes appt., Linda processed and submitted my State and Fed documents
Fees are very modest for their perfection! I schedule with her every year!

OK wanted to wait and see if this was fixed, but nothing has been done! We never got our taxes because HRblock messed up and they still have yet to fix it. We have been going to HRBlock for years. This year they dropped the ball hard and we are still struggling to get our money from them! We filed our taxes in office, come to find out someone filed under our name online (they didn't catch this!). We get a letter from IRS telling us we filed twice. So then we had to filed federal through the mail. When I went to get the paper work, I saw that our bank account was taken down wrong. Told the rep and she said, "oh they will send you a paper check due to the mistake." Nope, instead it was deposited into another account (we have no idea who this account belongs too) this is the states check. This happened in February and now it's May and we still don't have our state. Back to the federal, we sent the papers in and when we went to check when it would be sent to us, we saw it had been deposited in to an account and yeah you guessed it, it wasn't our account! After months of dealing with this we are still fighting to get the little bit of money, from our taxes back from HRBlock whom say they are escalating the cases but have no respect to call back like they are suppost too! Good luck for anyone who goes here, next year we doing it ourselves....oh here's the kicker! When they deposited our state into this other account they made sure to take their fees...also was suppost to be waived due to their mistake....they are suppost to help you when they mess up...not the customer jumping through hoops to get what is theirs in the first place!!!
