Once again service was great. I have been to Mavis Canandaigua 3 times in a week to have work done on my old car. Bruce and Ryan were awesome and the service guys who worked on my car did a great job. Parts that had to be ordered were delivered in the amount of time I was told and the work was done in a good amount of time as I waited for my car. Tires are next before winter.

First came to Mavis when I was new to town about a little over a year ago to get my shocks done. They were speedy and affordable. My husband brought his car in and they were honest and upfront about cost vs. lifespan of the car. Today I am 9 months pregnant and we are expecting our firstborn any minute and our Honda started sounding really scary and we thought it was just brakepads. We called up Mavis and they got us right in, diagnosed the brakes for FREE, gave us an accurate estimate and took care of it in a matter of hours so we wouldn't be without at such a critical time - even changed our oil. I cannot recommend Mavis enough and it is officially our go-to place. Everyone is always kind, courteous, and no-nonsense (which we really appreciate). The prices are always reasonable - they never gouge us or try to upsell. I trust Mavis and cannot recommend them enough!

I called last minute and they were able to get me in fast and efficiently! I got there a half hour late and they were SO understanding and took my car right in. After everything was done he told me everything was on him today! I’ve never had better service than this and highly recommend them for any and every need you may have for your car!

I went to get my brakes checked and tires checked. Ryan was amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything 5/5 will be back to see him for anything I need.

I brought my car in last week and got my brakes checked and my check engine light fixed. the service was immaculate, Randall was extremely nice, efficient and got the job done quickly!! I tried going to a few other places and they kept telling me there was other things wrong that actually weren’t. I don’t know much about cars so the other place “fixed my car” and after my check engine light was on when i got it back, so I went to mavis and Randall was able to figure everything out and get it all fixed in a timely manner.

I just wanna say this was one of the fastest and best tire repairs I’ve ever gotten. I brought my car in on a pretty much completely empty tire (I popped a hole in it earlier that day) it was done in under a half and hour and the prices!!! Hands down the best place I’ve been to in a long time. Thank you Ryan for the amazing service!!

Updating my review after another trip and still giving it a 5 star .. I had an appointment set up for struts and an alignment , they were able to get my car in right away and done in a very reasonable timeframe, it drives so beautifully now!! I also wanted to note that the team work they possess is very impressive! You don’t find that most places anymore. Thank you for all your hard work
First time visiting the canandaigua location and honestly I was impressed ! Not only did the guys do a great job with my vehicle , the place was clean , organized and the managers Ryan and Randall were very knowledgeable, friendly and an overall joy to work with .. I’m just jealous their hair looks better than mine ?

Bought a set of four last year. Came in for a free rotation, rebalance. One tire was supposedly ruined by a nail. Had to spend $285. For a replacement but was charged for a balance which should have been free from the original set

So I went there To get alignment and two new tires put on I already bought the tires. They wouldn’t use them because I didn’t buy them from them. I kinda. Understand. It’s still ridiculous though then on top of that, they were telling me I need to replace the whole new tie rod. They quoted me apart for $80 at advance where they would get it. I have already replaced this part same part and advance. It was $40. I understand you have to charge it to make money, but the price is ridiculous. I would not suggest to come here. They just seem too greedy to making money. It’s not an honest way to run a business The people there should be getting a talking to from management for this How does this look good on a company? It could just be me but we’ll see how it goes when I pick my truck up tomorrow. Now I would like someone from management to get in contact with me so I can have a conversation about this I’m very disappointed.. The only reason I’m even Considering to pay and have them do the work is I don’t wanna drive my truck to a better and more honest company because I would not feel safe to drive it..
So now they’re refusing to work on my truck bc I wrote. Review? Makes no sense
