Terrible customer service! I arrived at check out (only customer there) and started to put my items on the counter when the employee told me to use self checkout. I was then told that that they have no way to bypass PIN number when paying with a card. They blamed it on my bank even though this has never been a problem anywhere else’s and I don’t even have a PIN number. I was then mocked “so you just don’t want to use your on then????
I had to walk away from a half hours worth of shopping. I will not be back, plenty of other stores happy to take my payment.

This is one of the most organized Michael's I have ever been in. Everything on the shelves was tidy and neatly organized (for those who frequent craft stores know this is not always the case). Had a big selection of yarn and other crafting material.

Loved it! I'm not much into crafting, but...I got stuff for my granddaughter to make gifts. She loves (and me too!) the paint sticks we found. Cleaner painting for her, paint goes on smooth and Grandma didn't lose her mind! Fun was had by all!

It is unclear if Michaels is a craft store or a store simply to shop for Christmas gifts At 1 point in time Michaels used to keep model paints and other crafts outside of scrapbooking and yarn. Now I can't tell the difference between them the Christmas store and Joanne's. Overall disappointing experience. Would recommend a Hobby Lobby for Those who are looking for real arts and crafts materials.
