I went in looking for a color match, I went to Lowe’s first because that is where I bought the paint many years ago, they no longer had that color in the computer so they tried to match, what a mistake! I went to Sherwin-Williams and they were wonderful trying to match it, I did use it because it was the closest match, not 100% but real close, I will definitely go back.

The staff was very helpful with getting information that was needed from a paint color I purchased from Sherwin Williams many years ago. They solved the issue, and I was able to get the color I wanted thanks to their diligence and assistance!

Awesome staff and experience. I started to get anxious about the color selection at the checkout and they offered sample cans to try! Always answer all my questions and make me feel at home.

Very helpful staff and service to your car. We needed a p*** ton of paint since we were painting our new house interiors top to bottom. I had an idea of color palette I wanted so all I needed was their recommendations for type of paint and sheen. They were great!

Breanna helped restore the Sherwin Williams name for us. We remodeled a room and had new drywall installed. We purchased Sherwin Williams paint from Lowes and it was all downhill from there. Ceilings and walls were horrible looking. This was the 4th room the drywaller has done for us so I knew it was not his work but he was stressed anyway. The walls were primed correctly and clean. We gave up and I went to Sherwin Williams in Canandaigua reluctantly but I knew they could color match. Breanna made some great suggestions and recommendations and fortunately the new paint covered everything and now our walls look the way they should. We are very happy with the end result but it took some headaches and extra money to get there. Lesson learned is to not buy any paint or painting supplies from Lowes no matter how much you think you are saving.

i NEEDED A COLOR TO GO WITH MY NEW STORM DOOR. My wife found a color she liked, and S-W matched if go me. They also recommended the proper roller and brush to apply the paint. The results were terrific!
