I have stopped at this place on a couple of separate occasions. Our cable was in my wifes name, and my wife passed away over a year ago.I went there to swap the cable over into my name soon after she passed.Guess what... I still get the bill in her name...Nothing like a constant reminder.I am in the process of calling them now, I will probably cancel my internet with them and go fiber optic since I have made two separate trips there and they still can't seem to figure it out!

Why are all of the spectrum employees I deal with incompetent? I waited well over 90 minutes, long story short; the man child at the counter refused to serve me because I “cussed at” him. I swore because that’s just how I talk, it wasn’t AT him, or meant to offend him in anyway. People need to stop being so gosh darn sensitive.

9 customers waiting (17 listed) and only one employee in the whole store. They apparently have no problem raising our rates but somehow can't afford staff?

I worked with a young man named Cole today at the Canandaigua NY store. He was very professional and courteous.The only recommendation I have is to provide a place to sit while interacting with the Associate as some of us are handicapped.

Process was easy to follow. Reserved a time online, walked in, and was seen right away. Jessica, the sales lady who took care of me, made everything seemless. I am not very Phone savvy and had no clue how to switch things over, Jessica jumped in, took control, and helped me from paying off my at@t phone to the final hookups on my new lines.2 weeks prior, I was in there getting hooked up for cable. Jessica also explained to me that I really did not need the cable boxes cause everything is app base now with the smart tvs..Thanks Jessica, spectrum is lucky to have an employee like you!

Service is so slow even for a simple drop off. Manger could be helping but instead just walks around doing nothing.

After reading all the reviews of this place, I went fully expecting to wait a long time and then deal with an awful person. My experience was just the opposite. I signed in a few minutes early for my appointment, and only had to wait about 3 minutes to have my name called. I was done and leaving the building BEFORE the actual time of my appointment.

This is a great location with excellent service. Staff is very professional, knowledgable and helpful. It looks like this location is understaffed aswell as training new people right now so expect a wait during busy hours or schedule an appointment ahead of time to skip the line.

Not a cool place to get a phone! I want here with my mom and they gave me a bad phone! ? Me and my parents will never go here again!!!! When my mom asked for the manager. She whould not come out to talk to us!!!!! So rude!!!! Go to Verizon they way better!!!! Trust me!!!!! Sorry but you lost me as a customer!!!! I'm going to go to Verizon!!! At less I know they will treat me better!!!!!

Jodi Joslyn was wonderful in helping me transfer data from my old phone to Spectrum A14. She never rushed me. She took all the time necessary to make this happen. I gave her the highest score possible and won't hesitate to visit her again with any questions. She is a super friendly person and very knowledgeable.

Jody determined my old Samsung phone was on its way out. She found a way to trade it in for a $600 credit on a new Galaxy S23 phone. Then she spent almost two hours getting my almost dead phone to connect to my new phone and transfer ALL my data to the new phone. And to top it off she found me a great deal on a new Spectrum TV service. Thank you Jody and God bless.

I had to wait an hour and a half just to return something that took 1 minute they should have a return counter or exchange people in front of me were actually getting new cell phones which can take an hour or so I attempted to murder return my merchandise five times I go in and see him the 14th person. I went in last week and the hours said they're open till 8 it was plenty of in the girl said they were closed

Omg so literally I walked into the store hoping I can get parental controls of my phone since it was on for five months too long, and I don't know the dude's name(he didn't have a nametag) but he worked his freaking magic! Me and my mother tried everything before going to Spectrum, and I'm mad we didn't go ealier! Thank you magical mystery person!
