Great experience car was super clean and it was just the basic wash free car was for then next 3 days now’s the time to give it a try also anything donated goes to Randolph food pantry, so for a great cause also free vacuum I mean nothing free it’s including in price haha but you can take your time doing your own car what I enjoy because you know it gets done right !

The worst customer service I've found. I used to rave about this place because it did a great job on my vehicles and their equipment was top notch. Now when I go to either location the staff acts like your bothering them by showing up. Twice I have waited in a 7-10 minute line and then I get into the car wash and it just pulls me thru without even turning on because the staff is too busy playing on their phones or talking on their airpods to remember to push the button. I had to wait in line AGAIN to get washed and they give a half azz "sorry". I pay way too much to get that service.....but wait there's more!......call the customer service # and you get someone who doesn't speak hardly any English and after fighting that battle you don't ever get a call back from anyone to explain the problem to. I currently pay $100 a month for my 2 cars and am going to cancel because they have gotten into quantity over quality..........BUH BYEEEEE

Used this car wash for about 5 months - was great at first, but the quality went downhill bigtime. Signed up for the Signature plan (most expensive option) and my truck always came out with residue on it, and it doesn't seem there's much cleaning of the undercarriage at all. Considering I have to drive an hour to get to this place, I expect it to get the job done.
Since I wasn't happy with the quality of their service, I decided to cancel my membership. I ended up getting charged two additional months after cancelling and have faced radio silence when trying to contact the company for a refund. I have called, texted their support line, asked for callbacks, asked for managers - nothing. They clearly do this a lot and expect people to just give up on getting their money back.
Have had better luck at the NuWay car wash nearby - would recommend that instead.

A beautiful day means a wait at the car wash. I stop here when it is convenient. It does the job. My only complaint is that my car never dries with the dryer so spots are left. The wash has been here for years so I'd prefer they figure that piece out. Also, with no staff - why is the cost so high? I pay it any way as I don't want to wash my car myself, but it is quite pricey. Also, this particular wash tends to have 1 of the 4 bays not working any time I visit. Although, this is not a concern as I'll still visit when convenient.

i have a monthly basic plan. in the last 3 months i have pulled in for a wash and it seems my car plates did not activate permission for wash. the no touch wash quality is very good unless i am denied access to the wash bay. getting to be frustrating if there is no attendant. please advise. thank you.

Came here a couple times over the last weekend and the young man goes by Leniko had the best customer service you can get, he comes out and doesn’t pressure you to sign up for membership and kindly makes you feel welcomed even if you don’t get one, another thing I notice is he gives out air fresheners to purchasing customers. I come more ever since I met him wonderful experience. I think I’m gonna have to come back next time and actually get the membership!

I love this car wash. I go thru the soft touch which I think cleans way better than the no touch. I signed up for the unlimited monthly washes and David was AMAZING at helping me do so! Friendly, fast, and a great problem solver. Thanks David!?Service: Car waxing

Paid for car wash and bay door didn’t open. Was unable to locate attendant . Called the number provided on the electronic board and was on hold for 22 minutes (hung up) . Unable to find another number. Main website does not include a location in Canandaigua .

Since this company took over Classy Chassy, it has been nothing but problem after problem. I had signed up for the monthly membership with Classy and never had a problem. Since Splash took over it is hit or miss if it will work. Sometimes it will tell me to proceed and it washes my car other times the door won’t even open and I drive away a very unhappy customer. I have also been charged 3 times in one month on my credit card. That still has not been resolved. I am beyond frustrated with the poor service and ultimately paying for a service that does not deliver. Hard pass on this place if you have another option!!!!

I experienced horrible customer service like none before. Me and my husband were approached by a man not wearing a mask who then got into my husbands face and told him, "it's unexceptional to use our garbage cans and not other services. You must dump you're trash into the dumpster when you're done. Buy a car wash or leave!" I've never been more shocked at the man felt he had the right to stick his head into my car and shoot me a disgustingly rude face. As someone who is in law enforcement and an essential worker, I did not expect to be called a trespasser for using a car washes garbage can as they are their for customers. It is stated absolutely no where I cannot use a garbage can unless I "pay" essentially. As they are a free service! I was obviously not considered a customer however, as seeing the email I received after contacting them. Ms. Kathy informed me that the employee must have been, "shocked" we used the garbage cans and did not buy a car wash. However, we did not even have a moment to think before he stormed over demanding we empty already full garbage cans to the dumper that I'm sure he gets paid to do so. I'm hoping that whoever Kathy is, because she did not feel obligated to state, that she is not a member of HR or a manager. Because this is not the response you should give to a customer who has been coming to your business her entire life. I'm disturbed by the level of lack for hygiene ", respect and safety this business has. Kathy also did not seem to care about her employees 'no mask' policy. I suppose the entire business is ok with spreading a virus to its customers then. I will no longer be giving them my business. I've never been treated so poorly by let alone a car was company. Beware! If you intend on using there garbage cans be ready to be scrutinized and told you are a trespasser! Good luck to them with there poor attitudes. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Terrible car wash!! Apparently if you get the $9 was it doesn't even dry the car! I asked the person working if the dryer was broken and he snorted back "you got the $9 wash no dryer and no underbelly it's on the sign" and then walked away! SO RUDE! I will not be going back! Also my car is still covered in dirt and grass sooooo that was a waste!!

Went here this mid morning ..paid $14. For the top wash..my car came out as dirty as when i went in..bird dropping still on car..dirt still on car and the dyer didnt even dry the water off car..soapy water spots all over my vehicle..then to find out if you pay with a credit/debit card They charge you tax..but no tax with paying cash which i found interesting..after hous of trying to get someone to return my calls a lady calls me..you need to do this or that..crazy then gives me a code to use. I will use the code but i dont think ill be using this car was company again..another lady in bay next to me wasnt happy either. Very poor car wash.

Probably the worst of the laser washes I have used. Idk if it's because I have a little Ford Fiesta but it barely touched the salt on parts of the car and it almost has like a dusty film on it. Would not go back. Waste of $15
