I've been a customer of this establishment for years, even when it was in the old Wegmans plaza
Today, Matt setup a new laptop and transferred files from my old laptop to the new Windows 11 laptop.
Matt is a genius and has great personal skills, he's such a pleasure to work with.
Hats off to Matt. You have many good customers that praise you and I'm certainly one of them.

This guy is great! A true life saver for trouble shooting and hooking up my PCs cables to my motherboard after numerous hours trying to figure it out on my own. Highly recommend if you need installation or troubleshooting! Thanks again Matt 🙏

We bought a new computer and the turn around time was great. Matt helped us design a new computer. He was always available to answer our questions either in person or remotely. He is extremely knowledgeable. We will certainly continue doing business with PC & wireless shop.

I had been experiencing persistent blue screen errors on my PC for several days, and after trying various troubleshooting steps without success, I decided to take it to The PC & Wireless Shop. I was apprehensive about potential hardware issues and anticipated a lengthy and costly repair process.
To my relief and surprise, Matt Zufelt at The PC & Wireless Shop diagnosed the problem swiftly and accurately. It turned out to be a Windows corruption rather than a hardware failure, which he resolved efficiently within just a day. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also took the initiative to address other minor issues like fixing my side panel and optimizing the setup of my motherboard to ensure all components were properly connected.
What impressed me the most was Matt's honesty and transparency throughout the process. He could have easily charged me for unnecessary hardware repairs, but instead, he was straightforward about the problem and provided a cost-effective solution. Matt is my new go to computer wizard! I called in a panic to have my computer looked at that day and he took me right in. An hour later it was fixed. Had a great conversation about gaming and vintage and selling online. Very fair price too!

When you first walk into PC & Wireless you immediately get a sense that you are in good hands with Matt. He is a good listener and a problem solver who seems to make it his mission to make you happy. He really cares about helping you out. I was very impressed with his quick solution for the major computer problem I brought into the shop. During that interaction I mentioned another nagging issue that needed attention and he offered to solve that for me remotely. A few days later Matt remoted into my PC at home and in a short time solved, my second issue -- a problem that had bothered me for years. He is efficient, professionally knowledgeable and personally likeable. He has become my "go to" person whenever I need serious technology help or just a few questions answered.
