Had a great experience with vision auto group especially with mirna. She was very personable and knowledgeable as I’m new to the area and climate and needed a car to last me through the winter. Highly recommend requesting her, especially as a woman!

Their Sales are only as good as the Person meeting with you ... the first not so great... the 2nd knew the product line and customer-oriented but watch out for the pricing and deal ... will not return

Last time I was there I paid $400 for a $13.00 part. I called three days ago and left a message with service and no call back.... Exactly like the last time I tried and left a message. Customer service is a joke with this dealership! Called two more times in the last two days and it went right to voicemail multiple times a day. Only reason I go to this dealer is because it's an hour from the Vision I bought the car from on ridge road.

I had a problem with my key fobs, and the manager in the service department was so understanding even when others who did not work there gave me wrong information. it took 3 visits, but thanks to him, we got it all worked out.

I have no encounter with the sales department and can't comment about it but I can say from experiences that the service department is top notch. I am from out of town and was passing through area when service light came up. The place was busy but the manager took care of me the same day. The waiting area is very accommodating with charging station for my computer and phones, wi-fi, private booth to work, snacks, beverages etc. The service manager kept me updated regularly on the status of my car in the shop. After 2 hours the mechanic found the problem from an electrical part that they do not have in store and have to order it. The manager offer to lend me a new car (812 miles on odometer!) to continue on my trip while they order the part and replace it. I was concerned about having to pay for mileage and highway toll as I had an RZ Pass in my car but the manager told me he would take care of it anh I need not worry. A week later I came back and my car is ready. It even had a washing and cleaning inside out so it looked like brand new. And I did not have to pay a dime because my car was still under warranty from Hyundai. I even received a follow up call and email checking up on the status of my car repair and thanking me for doing business with them. From now on you bet I will bring my car to this Vision Hyundai for services.

My wife had her car in for service which she had to make the appointment online because no one from the service department ever returns a phone call. A "VIP", I believe his name was Mike, called her and said he could give her a great deal on her car for a trade in or buy from her. He, Mike, made an appointment with her for 5:30. We went there and to NO surprise he wasn't there but another guy upfront said he was a "VIP" also. They didn't take the time during the day to see what great deal they could give her on her car, and the new VIP didn't know anything about it. I would have thought if they wanted to buy her car someone, like the original ViP , would have taken the time to look at it before we got there. Except for the initial purchase two years ago, it has not been a very good experience at that dealership.

5.9.23Started my day off with a flat tire, called vision and asked if they'd be able to handle my emergency circumstances, Cameron answered the phone and was able to accept me very quickly. Had my two tires fixed within 2 hours of me calling.Thank you and your team, y'all look a little tired, and potentially overworked, but you had smiles on your faces and helped me Make my day go a little smoother.

Place is absolutely beautiful, everyone I met was terrific, SERVICE DEPT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST IVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY 51 YEARS!! How can 4 guys not communicate with each other while standing next to each other. And I love when I go in there and they can never find me in the system, EVER! No clue what's going on EVER and doesn't even fix the problems on my car. This place needs that hidden camera show. Never again will I EVER go back there. P.s. service dept needs schooling BADLY!!
