Would give a negative if that was available.Customer service woman was rude couldn't count or make change. And when asked at self check out if they could change a 5 that machine wasn't taking the younger male was a jerk saying well you should've asked brought different money when it was their service desk gave us that 5. Terrible service and have never been so disrespected by ignorant kids in my life.

I would like to start with how excellent the team was in the electronics department. Cell phones department canandaigua New York on 7/26/24 .
The young man did an amazing job and made a lot of people happy that day including myself.. Thank you team from canandaigua New York keep it up.

Has become absolutely trash, not enough staff for checkout lines at all. Only being allowed 20 items at self checkout is ridiculous. I can scan my grocery order faster than any of the staff there. This store is way too busy to only have 1 or 2 lanes open. This corporation is becoming horrible and shouldn't have to wait in a line for 20+ minutes after work just to buy food either need to get rid of the self checkout limit or stop being greedy, we pay ridiculous prices to this corporation and so they can definitely afford more staff with no problem.
