Close on a loan today. Extremely grateful to Lori T at the Canastota NY Community Bank. Although she was clearly super busy she had unwavering patience and I felt like her only client. Took all of my calls immediately answered all my questions and was just all around wonderful to deal with. This is why I try to bank local.

If you work as a travel nurse save yourself the time do not apply for a mortgage with this bank. Unfortunately they consider you a risk even though we consistently work all year and make a substantial wage. This feels like discriminate business practice .
