Took my Lincoln in for new tires as I had shopped around and Rick had the best price! Great tires no road noise and hey ride nice . Dropped my car off in the morning was done by 11! Thanks again Rick .

My car went into the shop to get 2 new front tires, an oil change, and get new transmission lines. About a month later while driving to college, my car starting smoking and the engine was revving. Everything was starting to go wrong and it was honestly scaring while everyone else on the NYS Thruway was going 75 mph. I knew it was the transmission because when I started to have problems South Bay told me it was the transmission and my 2nd gear was gone. Fast forward to not having a car for 2 weeks. I get a phone call from my mom who just got off the phone with a shop trusted by my family who had my car. The transmission lines were CUT and never hooked back up to the transmission. There was no coolant going to my transmission. Now I have a minimum $2,300 bill for another transmission and coolant lines. I would stay away from this place if I were you.
