We recently moved to MD and I’m so sad we can’t go thrre anymore (trust me, I considered driving back for their appointments). Dr. Pfeiffer is so patient with my million questions. I never felt rushed or like a crazy pet owner and they always showed incredible care for my dogs. The front staff has been so helpful, even after we have moved getting me all their records. I really feel like they are caring and compassionate.”

“My husky was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease a little over 2 months ago. I started bringing my Gus Bus to the female vet there to try to battle his disease and from the first visit I knew they put a lot of care into their jobs there. Gus sadly had to be put to sleep due to a cancer none of us expected two weeks ago. The vet would sit on the floor and give him belly rubs anytime she saw him, and I believe Kaitlyn was the vet techs name, she always loved seeing my sweet boy, and told me how he was her favorite. They show immense compassion and patience with their patients and owners. They are very kind. I picked up my sweet boys ashes this past Friday and today (Monday) I received a card in the mail from the vet office expressing their condolences and they all signed it. I know it’s probably patient care but everything they have done out of the kindness of their hearts even the card melted my heart and I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for the entire staff. I will bring all of my animals to them for the future.”
