It offered a view but certainly no access. There isn't anywhere to fish from or load a canoe/kayak etc.

This is a great place to kayak.... But the easier access is on the other side of the bridge.... At the creek. It should be labeled as so.But a beautiful and accessable park to watch the river.Picnic area: There is a picnic bench here.
