DO NOT GO HERE!!!! A malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. No accountability, they don't follow up with patience, prescribe meds without up to date tests, blame patients for the offices incompetence... After a very dismissive phone call with the FNP we will not be going again.

Ive become a new patient to the podiatry doctor 99% of the staff are very friendly and understanding but that 1% is really rude and mean. First appointment I made with my doctor the nurse cut me off mind you just a regular appointment not a surgery saying he doesn’t do surgeries on friday…. If you told me hes out of the office friday I would have understood but the fact being you assumed I was scheduling a surgery for myself without any evidence of that at all. Today I called to get a doctors note for my companys HR department she hung up on me because she couldnt hear me good while I was trying to get better service. When I called back again she snapped that she cant hear me when I didnt say anything yet but when I did talk she could hear me ? I wont lie I did snap back I was irritated that both times I have talked to this nurse she has been rude I get some people have bad days but why act this way to all patients especially those who are calling who dont have great cell service from where they live! I know I may sound like a nag but most of the staff I absolutely love and adore with how patient they are with all of the patients at that clinic. With all that said dont assume all the nurse and doctors will have the same attitude towards you as the 1% nurse does they have been nothing short of friendly and professional during my appointments.

I went in feeling lightheaded and with a sore throat and ear. Dr.Johnson did nothing for me. Just a strep and Covid test. She pretty much just said to feel better. I had to go to the ER and they took care of me. I needed medication and because Dr. Johnson couldn't be bothered I'm in worse condition than I should be. I do not reccomend their convenient care at all.

????????????John Duffy should be ashamed of himself, he dismissed my Father Time and Time again! Telling him he just has a 3 week long sinus infection ? would not see him in person and just kept prescribing antibiotic and steroids! I urged my father to go see a specialist! After fighting for a referral to go see an ENT, my father was diegnosed with a cancerous tumors in his sinus canal! That has now spread to his brain because this man did NOTHING ?Poor poor exude for a doctor!He was told my father was diegnosed with this fast spreading cancer and has not even called to check on him! If your reading this please do not use this man as your primary !! ??????????

Only nice and reliable people are the nurses and some doctors , not the new one . Felt dismissed after I’ve established care there to just be told to go to an urgent care after 4 days of trying to get help from my own primary.

Your refill line workers are incompetent, I haven;t had a refill go smoothly in over 6 months, my doctor has taken 3 vacations since ive been a paitent 7 months ago, all of them 2 weeks without any notice. When I call to check up on my scripts, I'm lied to and gaslit. Im glad im not a diabetic otherise I'd be dead while your office scrambled to sort itself out.

We love this office. The staff is all awesome and are very patient with our 2 boys that have autism. Our entire family sees Angela Johnson and we love her. She is very kind and caring and always takes the time to listen to us.
