Absolutely horrible. I can get an appointment when I need one, but getting the office to actually call in a prescription is like pulling teeth. I've been holding off making this review until I found a new primary care, but I've just hit my breakpoint. I go on average 3 days a month without my medication because the office has absolutely zero communication with each other unless it's the receptionists talking amongst each other about what they're going to eat for lunch.
This time it's been three phone calls to the office (separate from the prescription line) and I've spoken to three different receptionists who've told me one thing or another how my meds will be sent in and they're still not. 🥲
As a diagnosed patient, I shouldn't have to rely on *drug holidays* to medicate myself.
Edit addition: The receptionists have a habit of rejecting phone calls within 10 minutes of closing as well.

The office would be perfect if it was easier to talk to them...

He is a professional kind doctor who takes time to explain your treatment of care.

I did what everyone does in the 21st century and went to Facebook to ask who my colleagues went to for a PCP. Dr. Healey's name kept coming up. He has been my PCP since January and I couldn't be happier. He has fantastic bedside manner, is very thoughtful, and his office is very responsive to questions and concerns.

I have had many PCPs over the years and worked with many physicians having been in the medical field myself. I can honestly say that Dr. Healey not only has a great bedside manner, which is very important to me, but he is also very thorough and truly cares about his patients. I recently even switched all four of my children from their pedestrian to his care, because of the great experience I have had since being his patient for 3 years now. I also like how quickly you can be seen by him , and how friendly all of his staff is, which is not the case with most of the other local doctors.

Most of the people were nice, however the receptionist and the woman upstairs were not friendly. There also should be a sign on the door as to where you need to go, for new people like me.
