I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait over 15 minutes after arriving for my order due to being ignored at the counter while the employees waited on other people including their co-workers one of which was an assistant manager and they were too busy giving them free meals to even wait on me and I then asked to speak to the manager after more waiting and the young black girl who I asked responded "we're just waiting on your chicken because we just put more down, you'll be fine" then never got the manager. I stated well I wouldn't have had to wait if you would've waited on me when it was my turn instead of ignoring me to ring up and serve other people and she again told me "you're fine" so I again asked for the manager and mind you the restaurant was empty and the prices are double what they are in Potsdam 15 minutes away. Once the manager finally came up he tried using an excuse that when you order online the order pops up 5 minutes before it's due to be picked up to which I said that's fine but it's been 15 mins since then and you guys served several others instead of doing my order and now I have to wait for you to make more chicken. He admitted my order showed in the red and past 20 minutes on their system so now an hour after I ordered I finally got my overpriced food with bo apology, no discount for the wait or hassle and an absolutely bad taste in my mouth for a first experience at a new restaurant. I will not be going back and will go back to making the 15 minute drive to Potsdam if we want KFC for ourselves and our kids. I hope someone in corporate sees this comment and coaches them on their poor customer service and reaches out to me in regards to my far from satisfactory experience. I was even told by the manager when I ordered sweet tea that the reason it took him 10 mins to get it was he had to make sure they actually put sugar in it that morning (this was 6:30pm)
