Not helpful. Very Rude. Became snarky and raising her voice when I asked the why I was reading something different online. Then in the middle of me asking something she hung up on me. I was polite and had legit questions as I wanted to up grade. When I called back to speak to the manager she basically condoned how the worker was with me because they get tired of have to repeatedly explain the same thing to customers over and over again. I highly recommend going to Potsdam’s Verizon much better to deal with, better customer service.

Previous manager before Dan (who is great) essentially stole around $1,000 worth of trade ins. I went in the store August 31st, 2020 to initially get my fiancée a new device. I walked out believing I had gotten a BOGO free deal with two Samsung Galaxy Notes and applied that $1,000 of trades toward the "bought" device. Those trades were never applied to my account nor ever recorded to have happened. I've been disputing this for months. There's no paper trail. As it stands right now, it looks like that previous manager pocketed those devices and stole them. Especially given that recently, Verizon does not allow trade in credit stacked on promotions. I'll never go here again and will be canceling Verizon when I am able to. Despicable. I will likely file a police report after I gather all the necessary information.

Our rep Daniel was very helpful. He made us feel comfortable and that no question was too silly to ask. We were grateful to have his help in transferring our service and setting up our new phones as we are very electronically challenged.

Walked into the Verizon store at 4:05 today. One sales person in the store waiting on a father and daughter. Fine, I don’t mind waiting my turn. Was never greeted by the salesgirl and she didn’t even make eye contact. She told the customer she was working with that she would be right back. He said to her “You have other customers in the store in case you need to just answer a question or something.” She again said she would be right back without acknowledging that we were there . We walked around and looked a little, sat down and twenty minutes later I walked out. Not because I had to wait my turn, I will wait all day if someone is courteous. A simple “Hi there folks, I will be with you as soon as I can”. Goes a very long way. I will not go back to this Verizon store. Customer service can make or break you.
