Been coming here a long time off and on quite a few years but the past two times I want the pizza wasn't right. Believe it or not the dough was raw and Soggy. And the normal well done on the outside which we like. What two pies a white and a regular we only ate a slice each and didn't even finish that. I hate the criticized but two times in a row. I hope my message hits the owner and take a look into it because I do like the place Maybe it was just the pizza maker. this was on a busy Friday

Excellent as usual. First off the food never ever disappoints. Pizza- No matter what toppings are ordered is always delicious and fresh. Salad- Always fresh and delicious. Wings-Excellent. The beer is always ice cold and served perfectly in a chilled glass. The cocktails are also made and served with perfection. Which leads me to the service. Always, Always on point! Taylor, Jenny, Jeremy, and Colleen are some of the most attentive and friendly wait and bar staff i have encountered and that goes to prove what a tight ship the manager Catherine runs. Great place. great food. Great people.

Waiter Jeremy M. Provided excellent service, was attentive, respectful, friendly and efficient without being in your face. Pizza, meatballs and salad were delicious as usual, decent value and some new menu items keep things interesting. Picked up an extra broccoli rabe and sausage to go, add some pasta and we have a meal for two during the week. Always a treat.

My experience was amazing. We had the friendliest waitress, the drinks she recommended was very satisfying and the food was absolutely delicious. Price, I believe, matches quality, and was well within budget. We will definitely visit again!

Great atmosphere!! The food is always amazing! Our waiter, Jeremy was outstanding. He knew the menu inside and out, answered all our questions and made some great suggestions. Every time he passed our table he asked if we were okay and if we needed anything. Awesome service…I would definitely recommend Anthony’s Carle Place. Ask for Jeremy!!

Walked in and requested a table far from the door since it was cold outside (2/3/24). The hostess appeared confused, and then disappeared. Odd. Moments later another employee sat us at a table after our second request. We sat for quite some time with no service. I had to request another employee to send our waiter, Jeremy, over. We were finally able to order drinks and appetizers (wings and eggplant). Both dishes were served barely warm, even cold. Didn't see our waiter so I got up to find him. He came over to the table and offered to take care of it or replace them. We chose to just order our main dishes (pizza 1/2 cauliflower and 1/2 Carnivori and a meatball sandwich). Dishes were served hot, but with no plates! I would pass on the eggplant. The other dishes were just okay. Jeremy's definition of taking care of it was five dollars off the bill. Really?? The busboys were the most attentive. Between the service and the food I don't see myself coming back, nor recommending this place, ever.

Pizza was really burnt. It's very disappointing when we pay good amount but gets really burnt pizza instead of coal cooked pizza.

Had an excellent lunch here (Carle Place Long Island location) the roasted wings were meaty and seasoned nicely, I expected it to be spicy but was not, which was ok with me. Now for the pizza, we had half meatball half sausage pie. The sauce was really good, cheese was excellent in taste and consistency and of course with brick oven pizza a nice crust. Special shout out to our waitress Abby, she made us feel welcomed, she was attentive and very kind and personable she made our experience that much better. We will be back soon.
