I want to thank Jason for all of his help. I called and needed the Samsung galaxy A15 and there was only one left so he had put it on hold for me and when I got to the store, Jason was very helpful and had helped me to get an even more affordable price for the phone which I am grateful for. Everyone is really nice there and I would highly recommend going to the AT&T store in Carle Place. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you again Jason for all your help.

Today, I visited the AT&T store with the intention of purchasing a single phone, but I ended up leaving with two stunning new phones, all thanks to Adam. Adam's exceptional assistance enabled my sister and me to acquire two brand-new iPhones at a remarkably affordable price.
The Carol Place AT&T store boasts a beautiful and spacious environment, complete with comfortable seating for customers waiting for service. My visit was impressively quick, as Adam efficiently navigated our new plan, making the process seamless and enjoyable.
There was another employee working during our visit, Janerlee, who was also very kind and helpful. She assisted multiple customers simultaneously and STILL checked in on my sister and me to monitor the progress with our phones.
Having visited several AT&T stores across Long Island, I can confidently say that this location stands out. I will undoubtedly return to this specific store, primarily due to the outstanding staff, particularly manager Adam. His professionalism and dedication have truly set this store apart.

That was the worst service I’ve ever received the person who was there the colored woman gives bad service she doesn’t care about those clients loyal to AT&T she doesn’t care if she sales or if she can solve any issues regarding the customer there were racist comments felt we felt discriminated just cause we were Hispanics
