This store is absolutely amazing. Best service I have received with att. The manager Niki helped me in the best way possible. I can’t thank her enough for all she and her staff has done. Definitely recommend to all in the area.

Fairly certain AT&T does not train anyone who works at their stores. Had incredible issues at Hicksville location, they messed up a promo I had and they snuck some nonsensical $25/mo tech insurance thing in there, but they’re apparently a franchise and this is a corporate location.I recently went here and spoke to them about my promo issues and getting things sorted. I walked in and was approached by a shorter woman, don’t know her name, but I had $800 promo trade in and wanted to pay my phone off what was left. Apparently, if I was to do that, those $800 in credits would’ve gone out the window and I couldn’t get my trade-in phone back. None of this was divulged prior to this moment and I’ve been on the phone and in this store multiple times (probably a full workday at this point). This woman just goes on repeat, saying I can pay it off but those credits are gone then and she offers no signs of assistance or explanation…simply that.I called customer service and spoke to Felix, much more helpful than her. He actually looked into my profile and found that if I pay off early those credits will be applied to future bill payments and will not go to waste. I have a slight sense of reprieve, but I’m still stuck with them if I don’t want to waste money. All this to say, don’t trust the stores if you’re with AT&T already and if you’re not with them go elsewhere, mint looks good and they use t-mobile network.

I visited the AT&T store (Carle Place) today, January 24th, which is also my birthday. I visited this store because I had a horrible experience at the one in my neighborhood (Jericho). At that location, I bought a new phone and the sales representative added services to my plan without my consent. Shameful! However, Rodney works at the Carle Place location and he provided superb customer service. He was helpful, professional, and honest during my entire experience at the store. If you go to this store, ask for Rodney! He is an asset to the store and company. Thank you, Rodney.

The salesman Randy was a pleasure to work with. I've been a customer since 1994 and I find this store the most helpful every time. It's a lot further from my home but worth it. Also honest and to the point

Worst customer service from Nikki the store manager. The company sells old iphone for price of a new. Complete crooks. When complained the customer is asked to pay restocking fee.

Was acknowledged immediately on entry. Helped in less than 5 minutes. The rep remembered us from a year ago. Looked up the past sale and supplied what we needed. Out in less than 15 minutes.

Have to post this because I answered my original question wrong by mistake. We had a great experience with Niki at the store. She was extremely knowledgeable about what was available and best for my needed. Full service that included setup my new phone. Also provided us with all discounts and promotions available. We were so impressed we are considering switching to Direct TV as well
