Working with Lonny was wonderful. He’s a seasoned professional who knows his inventory. He is also patient and helpful without being “pushy.” When we go back to Bob’s, I will always ask for Lonny.

Bought furniture for the basment here and prices seemed very attractive. After the purchase, everything went downhill. Waited close to 3 months for product and delivery. We had multiple delays for delivery. Scheduled delivery 3 times, and all 3 were canceled last minute by the company. We wasted 3 Saturdays canceling all our plans for furniture delivery.Complained to the store manager in Carle Place location, and she was very nonchalant and told this happens with our delivery all the time. We asked if we can get credit for delivery for the inconvenience, and they completely ignored us on our request. Last time we will order Bob's, delivery service is completely unreliable, and customer service is not even humanly present. Just a complete shame that they also discount not only on prices but also these vital services that satisfy and complete the furniture buying process.

Flo & The manager Abby were such a delight to work with . They knew what stock they had in place and were excellent listeners when it came to me explaining my ideas. They were extremely helpful. I wouldn't ever go to any other bobs except here . Make sure you request Flo or Abby .

Absolutely one of the worst visits I've had at a furniture store. The specialist, Sterling, helped us right as we entered the store by showing a few options for the sofa we were interested in, and he was helpful at that point. However, he created a dilemma for us after we left the store.He obtained my information for finance pre-approval, even though I told him at least twice that I didn't want any hard inquiries on my credit. He said the process was two-stage, and at the first stage he went through, it shouldn't affect anything. We left the store with no intent of buying any sofa, other than being interested in one. We told him we wanted to check other stores and then decide. He said it would be waiting for a customer's call status.The next morning, I saw a hard inquiry on my credit and had to make multiple calls to Wells Fargo and Bob's to cancel the order that we did not submit and close the Wells Fargo account that we did not intend to open. So much time wasted over one sofa that we had no intention of buying at all!
