“I’ve been patronizing Schwartz Candies for over 30 years, and it has truly been a family tradition for us. From childhood memories to now bringing my own family in, this place has always been part of our celebrations, holidays, and “just because” moments. The quality is consistently outstanding — rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious every single time. You can taste the craftsmanship in everything they make. Their chocolates are smooth and decadent, and the selection always feels special. What really sets Schwartz Candies apart, though, is the experience. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their customers. It still feels like the kind of place where people know you and appreciate your business — something that’s rare these days. After three decades, they’ve never disappointed us. Schwartz Candies isn’t just a candy store — it’s part of our family traditions. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Thank you for making my mom's Mother's day special. She has Alzheimer's so isn't able to enjoy much at this stage.....but to see her smile while enjoying a Clark bar that she used to loved made everyone tear up. Thank you for giving her a good day.”

“I walked into the store when they first opened their doors and had the pleasure of meeting Dhira, the new store owner! So helpful and knowledgeable about products and totally not a pushy salesman! Have met two other young men that work there and they too were so helpful and knowledgeable! The thing I find most impressive is that they always remember me when I walk in and I have always been greeted with a smile upon my entry! Loyal customer forever! Thank you! ?”

“As a new mom, and someone who has 1 million nieces and nephews and a different friend having a baby what seems like every month I would be completely lost without KJ’s. The store is organized by age grouping and the people working there are so knowledgeable on all the newest fads. There’s truly something for every age group and occasion there. They’ve revolutionized one stop shopping: birthday party? Check. Dance recital? CHECK! Stocking stuffers? Check. Easter baskets? Check!!! I feel blessed to have this in my backyard, and to see my money going somewhere local.”

“Lazar's makes fabulous chocolate! I ordered a bunch of different items, mostly dark chocolate, for Passover for my family. They made outstanding dark chocolate (72% cocoa) treats for us -- wow, they are so wonderful! (I'm still finishing some...Rich, deep and well-balanced. It's as good as the fanciest Laderach or Vosges, both of which I love.) The service was terrific, and the staff extremely helpful for this long-distance order. They shipped the items to me in North Carolina in great shape, well packed, and unbroken. I'm a believer! I'll be back!”

“Seriously the best American chocolate around. The brand is 100 years old, and they still make it like they used to. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe of the store is calm and you won't find anything not to like. It's not inexpensive, but it's absolutely worth it. Be careful if you go because See's chocolate may end up being your next obsession.”
