Curbside pickup is awful - even after clicking “on my way” in the app and selecting “I’m here”, no one brings your stuff out to you! I’d have no problem walking in, but I have a handicap daughter, this is why I choose curbside! And after waiting for more than 20 minutes, I call the store only to be told to come inside. Why offer curbside if you are not going to honor it!

Horrible customer service if you are of a certain race. Lalita, the cashier, needs sensitive training immediately. After waiting 15 long minutes in line with only one customer being checked out in front of me, Lalita overlooked us and called the white couple behind us. This couple came onto the line two minutes at most behind us. When I protested, she rudely told me, "You have to wait on line" and waved them forward. I told her my pre-teen granddaughter had been standing in front of you the whole time with me running back and forth getting other merchandise. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "Sorry, I didn't see you." It was only after the couple behind us confirmed that we were, in fact, in front of them that she began to check us out.To make matters worse, Lalita didn't take the discounts off my purchase nor ask for my rewards number. I had to return to the store TWICE to receive my adjustments and refund.The only reason I continued with the purchase was because the prices were good and it had exactly what I was searching for.I was horrified and insulted, and my experience was quite dehumanizing.

I have shopped with Carter's for a long time, for stuff for friends and family. Both in store and online. However my latest online experience has been unacceptable. Twice I placed the same order for which I waited for a week each time, only to have it cancelled without a good reason, with nothing but an email asking if I want to order again after the long wait. When I called to find out what was going on, I was advised that they could not verify the shipping address. No one tried to verify anything, I got no email, no call, nothing to indicate that they wanted to verify anything. And then the best they could offer was to send an email to their verification department to tell them to send the order I have been waiting on for the last 14 days, so I can wait 7 more days.. and that is the best they can do. Wow... Talk about service... Unacceptable disappointment. Someone needs to fix this issue.
