I bought a couch here which had the wrong size feet attached to it. The store manager was so helpful and apologetic and generously offered to refund us some money back for the inconvenience. Incredibly kind.

We just moved into our new apartment, with busy schedules it's hard to find time to furnish. We were trying to buy a marked down swivel lounge chair, but the car was packed. Surprised the door was open and it was 9:12pm and we were told to leave and to come back tomorrow since the cash registers were closed. Like 18 minutes early?

Worst store to return anything to. I’ve made 4 trips to them already because I don’t have the receipt but the tag is on the item and I am making them aware that the lamp requires a bulb that I have been unable to find. They sent me to Lowe’s and Home Depot to see if they could help me find the bulb and when I went back to the store I didn’t have my license so they refused to give me store credit unless I have my license with me. The employee at the register was so agitated when I asked why they couldn’t do it without the license. She was so upset like I was stealing from her. I’ve never heard of a place not providing store credit without the physical license. I even tried to show a picture of it and they refused

They singled me out and asked me to see my receipt as I was leaving the store. In the few years that I've been going there,
they never asked to see a receipt. When I complained, they said the person was just doing his job. I witnessed other customers come out without being asked to show their receipts. What would they have done if I got an e-receipt?

Friendly, thoughtful staff. Helpful with questions. I was trying to reach something high up and a staff member offered help. In Home Goods they'd walk past or watch you until you asked. Very clean, very organized.

Workers are very rude. I was going over to the cashier to purchase a rolling chair. I sat on a rolling chair and rolled it to test how smoothly it works. A worker came up to me with an attitude and said I couldn’t do that. Meanwhile they had little kids jumping on their furniture with their shoes, I couldn’t test out the quality of a chair I was about to purchase.

Absolutely awfully structured store, went to the Riverhead location a day before I visited this location, and there is absolutely no variety in anything whatsoever ! No organization whatsoever. I hated it.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced in all the home stores ive ever gone to (and ive been to a lottt of all the sister stores and have both credit cards) Came with my sister, her husband and son, her son whos 3 years old happened to fall asleep during the visit so we grabbed a throw blanket while shopping. We then got to the register where we were hearing the cashier screaming “next customer!!” About 3 times. I then unload the cart and the manager decides to be completely rude about the throw blanket my nephew was sleeping on and acting like we have to purchase that as well as if customers dont come in and touch everything with dirty hands? I assume she buys blankets and dishes and never cleans before using knowing its in a store and being touched all day? Just disgusting attitudes for customer service. 10/20/2024 for reference.
